Would be just like those other great companies but there if you are growing year over year you are good here not. Amneal sets goals and then some based on if you fit in are younger and have a look they want. If all about numbers then 2/3 of field force will be gone. You elevate performance by helping not creating a threatening hostile work environment. Amneal only wishes they had leadership and the class of those companies. 1/2 of you will be gone in 6 months.

You completely missed the jist of my post. Some of the people posting on here are pointing fingers at their RBMs. The action plans and PIPs are rolled down from the top. Is anyone really stupid enough to think their RBM can put them on a PIP without NSD and HR direction? Amneal is now a pay for performance company. There are call expectations and sales goal expectations. That all I was saying and nothing more.

I agree that 50% of Rytary reps. will be gone if IPX does not launch or does not have a successful launch. Rumor has it that Unithroid is not achieving annual growth projections. Not sure what the issue is with that group.

This company, staffed by people like me with similar attitudes didn’t start to decline until the likes of Gustavo, JR. HK etc came on the scene. It’s your attitude that is running good people out and starting Amneal into a death spiral

others weren’t granted the same courtesy. I too agree with a previous poster who mentioned the 0.0% excuses. How does this come into play for one employee but not another? Yes, something dubious is definitely in the air, and we will all watch as they find a way to spin this one to fit their narrative, and keep the “chosen ones” off of a plan. Mark my words, there is no way they allow “certain” careers to be tarnished no matter where they hit on goal attainment. It’s shameful that the same expectations have not been granted to all.
