Unfortunately there are other reps. on plans. None of them will make it off. That’s the plan you see. All of this was hatched at a meeting the first of the year. Those who are being shoved off the ship is the first batch. There may not be any lifeboats left by the time the Titanic goes down.
Same thing with BT and DS. Both gone since HK here. Only common theme white male over 55. Let me be clear, the new leadership was part of a company that went bankrupt. Rytary has never been able to reach its potential like they thought and neither will IPX. You can talk reach and frequency and calls per day all you want. IT DO NOT MATTER….no coverage and out of pocket cost will kill it. It will max out at 150mill. I wish everyone including myself luck in their upcoming interviews. Remember the biggest hurdle to overcome is why you are at Amneal? Talk about the great leadership with Mr Hunter and then the brothers brought in the idiot who left and now old team that helped sink Mallinkrodt in and you see the end is near. New leadership has zero plan and wants anyone with experience gone.
 




so an Endo AND a PD RBM? I knew the female RBM from NY was on a Plan. She hasn’t hit her numbers so will she be gone? And I know an RBM on ENDO is on a Plan. Will she be terminated too? That’s gotta suck big time knowing you’re on a Plan but not knowing your future. I found out a guy who started in Endo in January was already put on a Plan and left. Are there any other Reps on Plans?

I would be careful over next 4 months and not over spend. Look how great your bonus was in Q1. Q2 provided some relief to string you along. Rytary off expectation and Q3 will be a huge goal and will sell it as best opportunity for Rytary prior to IPX. If you do not get out of gate with IPX you will be on a plan. HK comes from an environment of fear to motivate. It works for some. In defense of HK and KCS, not her fault. At times you get promoted or hired in for some reason other than experience or into a job over your head. She is a Nurse with no experience leading. KCS comes from a complete different product base. She shocked and just can not understand why everyone here lazy and leaves business on the table by not making calls after 5 pm or before 8 am for the little pay we get.
 




You should be ashamed for badmouthing this man. He fell into hot water because he was instructed by Helen to fire reps. who were not meeting goal. He did, and the reps. turned against him. They called Helen and she didn’t have the guts to tell them it was her direction. So, they shipped him to the NE which required a hell of a lot of air travel. He had new reps. on his team too. Basically, KB was set up by Helen and Kelly to be fired. What decent human beings start interviewing for a replacement before the PIP is up? Think about that tonight when you go to bed. Anyone here is at risk of being fired. Don’t be a fool and think you are above it! BTW, his new team loved him!

He was sent to the NW NOT the NE. I haven’t heard of any other RBM’s leaving

That survey are they crazy. Do not answer they will target you if you are not positive. Remember we filled one out last year and results were so bad they did not share. They will track who answers what. Blondie in her insecurities can handle the truth.
 




I want to remind those who are on a plan that your health is very important. The amount of stress that you are under could have serious health consequences. Use the ( employee assistance program) if needed while you have insurance. You will get through this though you will never forget it. Prepare yourself mentally. The plans are not made to come off of so accept it NOW and not 5 weeks from now.

O.K, what’s the rationale for Fernando’s lack of leadership abilities? Scott Hunter said he promoted Fernando because he was a nice dresser and wanted to bring professionalism to the Endo team. Worst hiring mistake Scott ever made, and he knows it now.

He dresses nice but struggles to communicate. Sad to watch how nervous he is. Not polished. Neither is KCS. The NSM was mess from stage. We have lost some class here for sure. I had one of my physicians go by the booth in Denver and they asked about the lady with bad Plastic Surgeon with blonde hair. Poor soul. She is trying but not happening.

OMG that Q and A session with those 2 and ‘leadership’ on stage. KCS just took over answering questions that were not addressed to her. Fernando looked like a scared puppy. I have never seen anyone so scared to speak in public in a leadership position. HK just has that plastics pasted on fake smile as she reads from the script. She has the sincerity of a casino call girl. If anyone can look at the brain drain over the last 18 months and say this is a better, more professional more successful sales team poised to crush a new drug launch…….needs to be drug tested

They did not share results due to poor results from the first one they did at NSM. This place is as transparent as KCS at an all natural beauty camp.

Helen only sent to those she likes kinda like glamour shots. Why do you think she took them it’s like a beauty contest. She wants to know by using these who should go and who should stay. I work in home office and I have seen the wall with all the notes attached to each one. Strange

There is a link embedded in an email that we received when we got back from the NSM. I had to really look as well. They provided multiple headshots of everyone so that you can pick the one you like. If you can't find it I would ask your RBM.
