Welcome back my Spasticity Brethren and Sisters. We are glad you are back into the fold. Is it true that the #1 rep was let go? How many got moved to the little kids table of Endo? Although honestly that might not be a bad place to be if IPX craps the bed. I think this was a good move from the Company but I’m sorry that so many suffered so much during this experiment. Gustavo left such a mess but hopefully this finally puts an end to the shuffling for awhile. Although since April JR has been telling us these are the last of the changes…only to make more changes.


The little kids table of endo? Ironic to see this comment hating on the one division that keeps this company afloat amidst all the chaos. Not to mention consistent double digit growth the last 7-8 years…

They gave him the worst region last year and he started to turn it around and he just recently got the lowest performing region again and is now in middle of the pack. Must be something beside numbers. I am sure his age does not help. How many times do we hear about as you get older you are not flexible or you have a closed mindset from HK.She said it on stage at NSM. BD is next.Once numbers drop they will start to attack him and go after him. Sad leadership.
 




Not really. They are all in their 20’s and 30’s and just drink a ton. But so does their leadersership and HK. It has nothing to do with their success. But that success is a good thing so I hope they enjoy their 2 years here before they move on!

18. Ladies, when you get your next bonus, buy a pair of Louboutin or Valentino shoes to wear at the next POA or NSM. For men, buy Burberry, Prada, or Louboutin. If HK or KC work with you in the field, wear your pair of designer shoes. No matter what, do NOT wear your Hoka’s. Yes, CP wears his to meetings, but he is over 40.
19. Try to get into HK’s inner circle. Maybe you are already tight with BC, BC, JD, OGR? You have to be willing to be a snitch, but you can find out who is on the “list”. Whatever it takes, you need to stay off the “list”. That will mean turning your back on all your old pals who are on the list. Remember, birds of a feather flock together.

When all of the above gets too hard to handle, you seriously need to switch from Sprite or Ginger ale to vodka, tequila, or to those wonderful “Fireball Whiskey” shots that HK bought the managers at the Nashville bar. Your new mantra has to be “Party Hardy” or “Wake Me Up When This Is All Over”. I have an extra pair of “Whiskey Glasses” if you need to borrow them.

I love the folks on Endo. They have shown double digit growth at least since they’ve merged with Amneal. Are they making the company money? Yes. Are they keeping the lights on? No. You also have to look at the tenure of the average rep there not to mention their ages. It’s not a bad 1st Pharma gig to get your experience and get out. So I have to agree with the OP that is the little kids table. Not sure why you find that offensive

Agreed. Focus on the true enemy and evil. And it’s not Endo or PD. Members of each team have fallen victim to the Botox Babes. It’s a simple fact that most Endo and PD reps are in different points in their careers. I hope Endo continues to do well but I also know they are 1 major pharmacy chain denying coverage away from disaster. Here in PD Ong has been a disaster and we may not get ipx approved. The advice to both teams though is get out now while you still have a job and can
 




Could not agree with last poster more. No need to turn against each other. The company is on a different projectory with different issues on both teams. Rytary is not successful, Ong. is not successful, IPX may never launch, Unithroid is slowly losing large pharmacy chains who will fill it. Managed care companies could start reimbursing Unithroid as a brand if market share grows at tremendous rates which could throw us in a Tier 3 or step edit position. These are the FACTS. Which brings us to this major question. Why is JR and HK here? Are they here to grow this company or divest it? Why have they let so many talented people go? Why have they basically used Rise, Lead, Succeed as a tool to put people on plans? Look at what we know and make your own decision about your future. Good luck everyone.
 




Very simple - JR brought in a leader that was terrible - they have now failed - the company will divest. There is no new investment. What is BC actually doing with DoD? Last time I heard he was helping out training? Which is a way for HK to save her buddy.

It’s simple. There was no room for a RBM on PD or Endo. They had to put him somewhere. What about one of the open account manager positions in the NE or Southeast? Give him something to do.
 








Oh and in case nobody has noticed already how they are having tech issue troubles AGAIN bc they are altering KPI to fire their next batch
Going back to contracted wraps was the plan the entire time but instead of being honest, they had to throw every single person under the bus it goes to show you just how low they are willing to go to as we all as we all bust our asses day in and day out to make Amneal a place where healthy is possible

It’s awful that we have to even question if this is true. The fear they have placed on everyone is backfiring. Or maybe it’s working and this is what they want. Fear, distrust and the unknown are making most look to make a move. Again this could be just what their hoping for. Hoping this is not the case but I definitely have doubts.

Let’s not! These aren’t rumors and gossip. That list and the ones added are ones let go, for whatever reason, by this current regime. People need to see this in writing to understand the rest of your spot on analysis I don’t think these lists included those who left on their own initiative. THAT list would be at least double. All since JR and HK have taken over. To some this will come as a slow boil. People being let go here and there. But when you add up the names from the last 10 months it’s significant. We are not a big company. These are massive cuts in relation to scale.

Hmmmm. Heard that HK is already asking BD when he is going to retire. This question was asked to a multi COE winner!! If I was him, I would sue her flat ass!
