It’s pretty much common knowledge which 2 PD RBMs are on Plans. I just happen to have heard about the one in Endo. So we know you aren’t any of the BC’s. I’m not sure if they need to be on Plans or not. What I do know is KCS and HK treat people like crap…unless you are in bed with them. I have great sympathy and empathy with any who find themselves in the crosshairs of these two incompetent over Botoxed Duck lipped morons.
 






What do the majority of managers and reps. who are on plans have in common? Bad numbers? Laziness? Incompetence? No. They all have brains and balls and have asked questions and spoke up when things didn’t appear Kosher. They have been silenced and told to follow the rules. Yes, there is a “list”. Just pray your name isn’t on it.

Exactly! It’s sad but very true. Learn from their mistakes if you want to stay off a plan and keep your job. Keep your mouth shut, don’t question anything, kiss their ass, and follow their orders even though you know they are treating people unfairly. Brains and balls and trying to defend what is right will get you nowhere but out of a job under this new management. Remember that HR is NOT there for you whatsoever. They defend this corruption and the company at all cost. This place is so toxic and yes the above post is correct, there is a list.
 






18. Ladies, when you get your next bonus, buy a pair of Louboutin or Valentino shoes to wear at the next POA or NSM. For men, buy Burberry, Prada, or Louboutin. 19. Try to get into HK’s inner circle. Maybe you are already tight with BC, BC, JD, OGR? You have to be willing to be a snitch, but you can find out who is on the “list”. I wouldn’t put RBMBC on that list. I think he’s definitely in the In group but he’s a pretty stand up guy. He will actually do what he can to keep his reps protected and that’s why he has basically 0 turnover which is unheard of here. He is definitely not like the others on that list (although I don’t know who JD is). Now the other BC who is supposedly building the DoD/VA team is the exact opposite. Complete and total scumbag. Will throw anyone and everyone under the bus to further his own career. Tinder/Grinder dates have more loyalty integrity and commitment than that guy has
 






Hard to sit by and watch these two run this place into the ground To make matters worse in Q1 Rytary had great growth and is on pace and they will get paid. Not the field HK and KCS will. As far as plans I look up to those on plans just for having our backs at least they tried I heard one has so much valuable documentation on the two non blondes and who they changed ratings to place on plans as well as age related comments and just poor behavior that HR might not care about but others will I support anything that happens to HK just on how she treats people she is not above the labor laws they do not look kindly at companies that do this

You are spot on! The suck ass RBMs are good. They used to suck up to SH; they just had to make the change from male to female. Once an ass kisser always an ass kisser. I would rather stand on my own two feet than to bend over. The ass kissers won’t make it at another pharma company.

If you have any sense you need to begin documenting everything that is inappropriate. You may very well need your notes as documentation if you get fired or if you decide to report the behavior at this company once you leave. Do NOT contact H.R. or the compliance & ethics hot line. Doing either of these will put your name on the list. Don’t be naive, the leadership at this company would throw their mother under the bus. You will start hearing the names of reps. and RBMs who have been terminated. Godspeed to those.

Why you mad bruh? If I took your advice and called them then I wouldn’t be taking your advice and minding my own business. So which is it? They are on Plans just like several Reps. The RBMs though have access to a lot more information than the Reps. I hope they saved all the paperwork and can leverage that into a sweet severance or lawsuit. I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs. And I am going to stay out of their business. But I sure as heck am rooting for those RBMs to do everything they can to take the Dynamic Duo down and bring this place down with them. We are all in this together so no need to fight amongst ourselves
 






O.K. Bro, thanks for your show of support. You can still call the RBMs and personally & confidentially speak one-on-one of your support. Trust me, none of the 3 RBMs would tell HK, KC, FA that you called. If you see any of them at a meeting (should they make it to a next meeting) don’t act like you don’t know them. It’s one thing to be on a plan when it’s not deserved and another to be shunned by leadership and your peers.

My 2 cents. There are people who really do deserve to be on plans based on years and years of poor performance. They would be on plans at any organization. That said, I have seen and know too much to have any respect for those who lack integrity, character, or any sense of morals. If you are someone who throws others under the bus for your own gain and false sense of security then you’ll get yours in due time. Nothing about this company or leadership feels quite right. A real shame.

I agree, DO NOT contact HR or compliance, you will regret it. They are not your friend, though should be. Nothing is confidential . They are there to strictly protect the company and upper management, but unfortunately not you. The above poster is spot on. Be very careful friends.

Unless you are blind and deaf, you know Carter is one of the good ‘ole boys. Helen loves her some Carter. In return, he rolled out plans to good reps. who happened to go down on the ship that he was captain of. His junior Captain Andrew got a COE award even though he wasn’t the junior captain for 6 months. Helen changed COE rules to award Andrew. Helen loves her some Andrew too. Speaking of the other BC, Helen loves her some Cupito too. He is her go to man and she doesn’t hold back with the up to date news that she feeds him. Cupito knows who is getting fired before the poor rep. or RBM or ABD does. How is that ethical for a VP of Sales to be having those types of conversations with direct reports? Next thing we will learn is that somehow Carter, Cameron, Cupito are downright related to Helen or maybe she likes you if your name starts with a “C”.

After what he did to the Lyvispah team and what he’s done since NO ONE is gonna confuse BC as a ‘stand up guy’ It’s now obvious that he lied on a consistent and incredible level to the entire Lyvispah team. The list of lies and broken promises he’s spewed the last 12 months could stretch across the State of Texas and back. Not bitter at all. I am calling it like it is. It’s long time people (you included) start speaking up when things are not right. Good for AC on his award. If he is smart he’s got it front and center on his resume and is looking for another job. There was no way that KB was eligible for COE, but if AC received it because he got rid of reps. then KB should have got one too. KB was told who to put on a PIP by HK. He was directed by HK who to terminate. He followed orders and got a PIP in return. This is not gossip. Look his number up on the roster and call him on Monday. KB will confirm what I wrote here. He is a nice guy who is being pushed out of Amneal. One of the reasons is because he worked for GP and respected him. Now, ain’t that some shit?
