Oh and in case nobody has noticed already how they are having tech issue troubles AGAIN bc they are altering KPI to fire their next batch
Going back to contracted wraps was the plan the entire time but instead of being honest, they had to throw every single person under the bus it goes to show you just how low they are willing to go to as we all as we all bust our asses day in and day out to make Amneal a place where healthy is possible

Fu….! Where healthy is possible? Would love to know how many employees are having to see their personal physicians due to this toxic environment? Let’s take care of the patients and make our employees sick.

This is becoming routine vs an oddity. When will there be accountability for these supposible glitches in the data. Something is going on that is not kosher and we’re to sit back and believe that this is all normal. Do they really think we haven’t caught on to the game their playing?
 




I agree with most everything. Lots of slithering snakes in management (BC, BC, KB ,HK) and the reps who have built this company will be blamed for performance? So disgusting. I wish this were illegal. Fake liars with zero accountability as they waltz in here and dismantle the entire company? This is not a coincidence people! Much thought was put into every deceptive, dispicable, ugly, hateful move. I agree with the above about our health. It's not okay. This is not okay! Interesting too that these so called "managers" will throw us under the bus instead of helping us succeed. There is no "managing". They come along for the ride and smile pretty. If HK and K really knew what was going on behind the scense. They would flip.

HK and KCS know 100% of what is going on. They instigated it. They thrive on it. They have 0 problems with it. All of this is coming from the desk of HK
 












Are you saying HK and KCS DONT know what is going on? They absolutely know what’s going on. HK is the one who told RBMs to put reps and RBMs on Plans. She does not care about how it affects them. She is an evil ignorant individual.

It should be clear to any and everybody that HK was brought in to revamp the sales teams to make them look as close to contract as possible That way when the IPX launch fails in a manner more spectacular than this Ong launch they can cut the companies losses more efficiently and economically than in it’s current make up. Look at her background. Strictly numbers based. Not sales based. She’s got her computer spreadsheets showing who to cut, how many to cut and when to cut. She couldn’t get everyone out she wanted to with this round but she will get them next round. Then we will be heading into a launch (if it gets approved) with new reps, new territories and every tenured rep in fear for their job. That is certainly not a recipe for success.

They are hoping that people leave on their own. If they don’t, then they are terminated via the plans. The poster above is right. This is the first round of layoffs. PD territories will be filled by contract reps. There is a RBM from contract who has attended meetings already.

We have t had any meetings. The only open RBM spot is/was DS and they just realigned territories.

Sue for what? You’re an at will employee. I believe HK has done things that are absolutely worthy of suing the company. But good luck finding a lawyer to take the case. Where’s the evidence? HR will absolutely bury everything they can. That’s their job. Their job is to protect the Company and once you make a claim/accusation then you become a threat to the company. They cannot admit any wrong doing. No, you need a smoking gun. If HK really does have a List that someone has a copy of that would be huge. Because you could tie that list into her violating company policy and you’d maybe have something. Can you prove HK is sleeping with employees? You’d kinda need the other person to come forward. That’s not happening HK will get away with it because she has before. She will collapse the Sales Teams and get a nice golden parachute and she and J.r will be off to their next adventure
