The company knows that their future is biosimilars and generics. Rytary and Unithroid cannot sustain 2 sales teams who are not meeting annual sales projections. The Patel brothers need to take a hard look at who is running these teams. Hold Joe, Helen, Fernando, and Kelly accountable for the dismal sales numbers. There are no plans coming from this group other than the plans they have enforced on managers and reps.

I know of 3 RBMS on a Plan are they who you are referring to? They will be gone in a month. In my mind BC is the biggest snake of them all but he got promoted so you aren’t talking about him. It’s funny that you used the phrase ‘in bed with KH and KCS’. Funny and probably accurate

i agree with much of what we have all seen through the years. There are three BC’s and only 1 in my opinion is good through and through. He has Zero turnover. The pretty young kiss-ass boy BC is def in bed (good analogy) with the ladies. He thinks his shit doesn’t stink (ego maniac) and then you got the worst of the worst..KB. Only 1 of those got promoted. There is a BC who is flat out phenomenal. All of his reps past and present rave about him. I’d love to work for him. The other BC is who I believe was being talked about. I literally Didn’t know he was married until the NSM when a colleague mentioned how he was behaving around HK K B? He’s gonna be out of here in a month.

I hate to say this, but there may be truth to this. The new management does not appreciate experience or understand that there are uncontrollable factors that can threaten your ability to produce numbers consistently. Yes, we are in sales and should be held accountable to produce, but it sure seems there is obvious favoritism.
 






Everyone keeps mentioning they are looking, however, I haven’t heard that people are leaving. Is this due to lack of opportunity? I’m hopeful there are companies out there that will compensate us fairly. Tell me I’m not living in a fairytale.

Stop being in denial. Amneal is not launching IPX. If they were then SF would not be the only trainer, we would not be hiring contract reps., and the company would not be downsizing by way of PIP’s. JR and HK are here to keep the company going until specialty can be sold off. Amneal doesn’t own Unithroid so JSP finds someone else to market it. Generics and biosimilars are the future. Find a job now before everyone here is looking.
