If the company is not at its goal and we didn't achieve double-digit growth last year, why aren't JR or HK on a performance plan? I believe they should also be held accountable and placed on plans if the organization is not meeting its goals. What about Q124?? It's curious to watch how individuals at corporate, including those in sales training and market access, blindly follow her leadership, especially when things are going poorly. How many payer wins have we had lately? I expect more of this in 24!
 






























I've been reading through these threads and while I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, I think some of you are sadly onto something. It all started with the dismissal of SH and on down the line. It's their company. To say that they are not aware and that they're not pulling the strings is just crazy to me.
 












Did you ever think they didn’t come here to grow? Dismantling the company. Corruption loud and clear.

If they did come here to build they are certainly proving totally inept at it. JR keeps preaching that he wants this to a 1/2 billion dollar company but never says how. IPX is going to battle against generic Rytary. It’s not a blockbuster. Ong is a dog. Unithroid has small profit margins and is 1 PBM removal from disaster. Biosimilars is making bank but it’s like they are quarantined from the rest of us. I’m assuming we still have an IDN team but have no idea what they do. Whatever happened to that DoD initiative ? BC was supposed to be in charge but I’ve heard nothing. Not a word about it at NSM. So what is he being paid to do?
So that begs the question of dismantling to what end? No ones buying the portfolio. Are they just playing out the string and passing time till they turn the lights out?
 


















The Endo ABD is covering his ass. We received an email from him laying out call metrics. I’ve been here since he was promoted and this is a first for him. He better hope his team delivers double digit growth this year and the pharmacies keep filling a branded generic at generic reimbursement. Otherwise, HK and JR could be looking at his activities too!

They are so stupid that they never assumed that people would talk. It’s almost no secret who is on a plan aka PIP. Helen talks about it openly whether she’s drunk at the time who knows? If you are smart you won’t sit around and wait for your number to be up.
The people they have fired were all good employees. How do you go from being a good employee to a PIP’d employee just because of management change? Karma is a BITCH.
 






Easier said than done. HR and Corporate will absolutely have their butts covered. Knowing something and proving something are 2 different things. In the mean time as it drags out you’ll still have to pay your bills and Amneal won’t have to pay you at all. How do you define ‘fair and equal treatment’? Thats a very idealistic approach. Obviously you want to document everything because you know Corporate is doing it. It’s crappy but it’s the business we’ve decided to work in
 

























The ratings on P.E.’s should not have been subjective. If one employee received a 97% to goal and got a “3” for numbers then how do you explain another employee getting a “2” for 97% for numbers? If you haven’t figure this out yet, they are backing the numbers into to get the overall rating they want. They are deciding in advance who they want and who they don’t. Last I heard that is workplace discrimination. I would like to see someone sue the company and name Joe, Helen, Kelly, Fernando as part of the law suit. They have worked long enough to know what is right and what is wrong. These 4 are not spring chickens. All are well over 50 years old.
