I call BS on the above post. Joe said no way to cameras in cars.

He also said no way to anymore big changes…..then proceeded to make more big changes. I agree though. I think that person is wrong simply because there are legal privacy considerations. However, based on the shady tactics HK has employed I wouldn’t be that surprised if they tried again
 






They won’t bring back cameras. Too on the nose and too expensive. They will KPI and action plan the hell out of us and hope it inspires everyone to look for a new job and quit so they don’t have to do layoffs (and face the criticism, tarnished image, severance checks associated with that.) Then they’ll hire contract reps from now on and try to buy another drug if Ipx fails to launch or fails to sell. And IPX will not be priced right. No coverage. Guaranteed. So it will fail, one way or another. Interview and get out now.

I don’t put anything past these people. Kelly and Helen are absolutely crazy and incompetent. Those two aim to keep us looking over our shoulders and worried about our jobs so their incompetence isn’t so evident. I think there are around 20 reps on plans one way or the other. The number of people who are happy to be here and see a bright future in this company is below that. Probably mostly in Endo Those reps are guzzling the bs.
 






I believe Chirag and Chintu know what is going on. The Ong. launch is not sizzling either. I heard that Endo is no where near sales projections and is tracking less than 100%. What happened to the golden boy? Bet he is about to shit his pants cause he knows HK will turn on him like a fox in a hen house.
 












Endo reps. are on plans too. Their plan is to reduce headcount without paying severance. The plans are so jacked up that the reps. will not be successful. TOAST.

This company rarely if ever puts reps in a position to succeed. Exhibit A - Lyvispah. Exhibit B - Ong. I mean how do you launch a product without samples? The purpose of a Plan, no matter what it’s called, is to eliminate a Rep for whatever reason. They are very good at creating a deficiency in your performance so you can’t fight it. I mean who has ever heard of an Action Plan? What policy states that Reps can be put on one? What are the criteria for one person being on an Action Plan and another being on a Performance Plan? Shady for sure.
 






Legit question- What successful sales teams have our Sales leaders ever run? What companies were they at where sales numbers and performance actually improved? What has HK actually achieved? What has she built? Same with Kelly. What performance metrics improved under their leadership at previous companies? Have they ever launched a product let alone done so successfully? From all I have seen to date, they have no real experience doing anything other than dismantling organizations. I could be wrong and will be happy if anyone can point me in the direction of their successes.

Thanks for having the courage to say it. The action plan requirements are set up so that they cannot be met. So the employee rep or RBM will be fired. Then on to the next list of employees. What they are doing is terminations without cause. A good employment attorney would tell you the same. They do not want to pay severance. They are running out of money for specialty. Don’t be naive.

You don’t get it. The RBMs are responsible for the success of reps. on plans. Problem is the RBM knows the plans are set up for FAILURE. The RBMs can’t help the reps. but hold their hands through the plan period until it’s Adios.

Oh I get it. RBMs are powerless when it comes to these Plans. This is all coming from HK. It will be her, not them who decide if these Reps on Plans are worthy enough to continue working in this Valhalla of an organization. The RBMs had this dumped on them and they have to clean up the mess. I don’t know if it’s a matter of the RBMs helping the reps so much as whether any of them will even try. History has shown that anyone who pushes back even a little bit on HK will be fired. These RBM’s have families too and it’s unfair to think they will risk their livelihoods for a rep. If they are smart they’d be looking to leave like there reps! If they are decent people they will be honest with their reps and help them move on and not ride their butts.
 






Goodness. I’m settling in to plan for the week and stop by and see this. Not sure why everyone is yelling at each other. We are all in agreement that at least since HK came on board this place has spiraled down into the depths of despair. We all agree that we need to be looking for a job ASAP. We all agree that no one can be trusted and Kelly and HK have sown the seeds of discord and distrust amongst the sales teams And we all agree that no one is safe. So I say let’s cheer on and celebrate those who are fortunate enough to leave this place. I know I miss my colleagues who have already left but I know they are in a better place. That is the success I now look to celebrate and recognize. I know I will be happy when I send that 2 week notice into HR and you will be happy whenever you do the same. I just hope. It happens quickly
