HK is just outstanding as leader look how great both ENDO and Rytary are doing in 2024 it takes about 6 months to show results. Wow this is all her direction and leading this team.Maybe an action plan is coming for HK where she awill call Joe weekly to review her routing messaging and mindset. Kelly and Fernando as well reviewing with HK routing DME spend and mindset and their calendars I have never witnessed someone take a company to the depths that we are at. Run and run fast.only going to get worse when you are led by someone that is an emotional leader who preaches how everyone should get out of their comfort zone. Well she has accomplished that.EVERYONE IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with the direction and future HK has pathed. Big swing and a miss for Joe maybe Joe should hire a contract person to replace her and all leadership
 






This company is a disgrace. The owners Are only focused on numbers which may be understandable, but how they get those numbers is where they are going to have their greatest downfall. I thought it was inappropriate for leadership to sit there at a meeting with her children Knowing that nobody else there could bring their children to the meeting. What kind of message does that send to a salesforce? This company is JV and will always be on the bench. The leadership in HR is a JOKE!!! They Think that they are looking out for the best interest of the company however, that’s going to backfire on them in a very very negative way so I hope they keep up their nonsense. They should be worried about the fact that they have leadership quoted, saying negative things about people that are older in the company. Clearly and according to senior leadership they only want a young and inexperienced salesforce for a reason. Well, good luck to them. Julie certainly has it on the record that she wants a young salesforce only and why does she go around asking peoples ages at national sales meetings? Who does that? Does she not know how inappropriate that is? This company is an HR joke.


As I roll home today we end Week 2 of Plan-pocolypse Those who were initially upset have already left. I can see some of those on PIPs being fired before their PIP Pergatory is over. But I don’t see too many people leaving until the end of the next 2 weeks. This on Action Plans will ace has to find new jobs or will be upset enough to quit when their Action Plan is extended another 30 days. This dystopian era will come to a crescendo in May. Thats when everyone on a PIP will be removed and those initially on Action Plans will have been rolled over into PIPs and fired. So between the start of Plan-pocolypse and Memorial Day we will lose around 20 reps. That’s my rough guess on how many are on one type of plan or another. That’s 20 people in 90 days. That’s what HK wants to achieve. That’s what she wants to be proud of. This is what she has built. Which makes you wonder what Business school teaches this? We are in a launch with Ong and it’s going off the rails. We are getting ready to launch our make or break drug and we will have to train up all these replacements. No matter how bad these reps supposedly were, it’s not like they are gonna be replaced by the best and the brightest. Amneal has never paid enough to attract top talent. And we still have a leaderless training team so good luck to them training all of these newbies.
If upper management thinks we are falling short now, wait until we have all these openings and the new hires try to figure it out.
 












These ignorant, short-sighted, greedy leaders rather underpay for inexperienced reps thinking they'll have more money for themselves vs. paying for tenured reps that would generate 2x the ROI and help the company's poor reputation. That's one reason among many as to why it's a bad company. Stay away from these amateurs.

Don’t hate DC. She was an original Uni RBM who won numerous COE awards. She was not done right by the company when the expansion was done. She lost FL to the new PD manager. DC built the business in FL with her sales team from the ground up!

Don’t forget she also built the business in Texas too (12 total). After she worked her ass off and was transferred here, they wanted her to start over from dirt and took the last large state she had left FL. But, they did spread the shit around because they eventually fucked Rajeev too. Fern got his job. Shows you who the company cares about. Amneal slid their favorite peeps right in for promotions. They are so stupid that they never assumed that people would talk. It’s almost no secret who is on a plan aka PIP. Helen talks about it openly whether she’s drunk at the time who knows? If you are smart you won’t sit around and wait for your number to be up.
The people they have fired were all good employees. How do you go from being a good employee to a PIP’d employee just because of management change? Karma is a BITCH.

HK is known primarily for engaging in gossip. When not indulging in this, she delegates every project to members of her own team or even to employees from other teams. Her engagement with work, understanding of data, and comprehension of our products or strategies are notably absent. She appears to orchestrate various changes, yet it's a misconception to believe that this is due to diligent work or data analysis. Her involvement typically extends to participating in calls, traveling, and making decisions without a solid basis, under the guise of having reviewed pertinent data sets. Kelly might actually possess significant competence, but the situation HK has created severely undermines any potential respect for her from the team.

As for DO, he exhibits a pattern of promising extensive actions but seldom brings any project to completion. The widespread sentiment among his team members is one of dissatisfaction, attributed to his chaotic management style and lack of follow-through on commitments.
 






Someone who has been in HK’s inner circle whether still here or not. Has heard her plans to use RLS to skew PE’s to fire reps. and RBMs. They should do the right thing and contact those who have been fired or is about to be. Confidentially. There will be a second and third, etc list. Headcount reductions. Deep Debt. Sales declining. No severance available run forest run

She obviously loves BC because he was ‘promoted’ and unlike the sales reps was not held remotely responsible for the Lyvispah debacle. So while his former Lyvispah reps get put on plans for selling a horrible product BC, the ‘leader’ of that team escapes all responsibility and accountability for it. BC obviously didn’t stand up for any of the Lyvispah reps but instead bowed to HK and proceeded running those reps out. Then you have AC. He wins COE and was only there 1 qtr. Obviously their interactions in Nashville paid dividends for his career. Is he held responsible for the failure of Lyvispah? Nope. He manages out most of his reps and is rewarded by a COE trip and a territory created just for him in Endo. PC just got moved back from temporary RBM back to PD rep. I’m sure she’s happy about that. MK at least got promoted full time into a PD RBM spot. She’s the only competent one in the bunch. Been here forever and knows more about the product and company than anyone above her. Which means she either has to play dumb or risk making HK and KCS mad which would result in her firing. And now we see history repeating itself and a dark foreshadowing with this Ong launch. We have no samples, no promotional material and yet are going to be held responsible for double digit growth in both Rytary and Ong. And again it’s the reps, not Leadership that will be held accountable. I thought I had been delivered from hell when I was transferred out of Spasticity. Instead it’s Groundhog Day.

Several problems with this. First, some of those on Plans can’t afford to get fired. So if they get a job offer somewhere else they need to take it instead of hoping they can land one after they get fired. Secondly you have to be able to prove that HK is saying the things she is saying. If it’s not recorded or on paper then it’s a he said she said situation.
You all are looking at HK wrong. She doesn’t care because she doesn’t have to. She’s risen to an Executive Level behaving exactly as she has since she got here. There’s never been any repercussions for her behavior so why should she worry? When this place inevitably crumbles under her watch she will have a nice golden parachute and then off to her next company to destroy. To her ‘the numbers are the numbers’. Just listen to her own words from NSM, every territory is the same. The only difference are the KPI’s. She thinks sales is a science and if you do A B and C then D will inevitably happen. She has no understanding of the Sales cycle or how to sell. So in her world if you are not successful it can only be because you are not following her KPI vision. She thinks the Market in Dallas is the same as the Market in Boston. That access in San Juan is the same as access in Chicago. That the difference in coverage and access is easily equalized by KPI. And the opportunity for KPI is the same everywhere. So if your numbers are not good you can be easily replaced by someone who can magically see Providers and schedule lunches. That is her world view and you can’t change it because she’s not smart enough to figure out how this industry works and has been and will continue to be rewarded for her ignorance

My point is don’t. quit because you give up or get mad if you are on a plan. Leave if you get a job offer for sure. HK said that “hopefully everyone on a plan will find other opportunities”. This cannot be maintained. Folks, I have seen this before they're not building. Instead, they're going to be giving Amplity, more and more business as the year goes on. They can hire a contract team for Endo. Have not heard of a sales team for BC DOD gig. That’s probably fake. I didn’t even think about training. They absolutely could bring in a contract sales training group for IPX. SF was stressed beyond belief at NSM. CH just quit with no replacement on the horizon. SW in Endo is a hot mess. It’s been 6 months since MM was let go and no one has been replaced. A Contract training force makes a lot of sense

They tried to hire a contract company for Endo. Amneal does not pay enough on Endo to make it profitable for a Contract Company to take the job. The irony is that the sales force USED to be all contract but got rolled into Amneal for the Rytary launch
