For a company that keeps saying how transparent they are it seems they never tell us anything. And they wonder why the Field Sales Force is always skeptical. For instance, anyone seem official word when our Bonus will be paid? I had to ask my manager and the told me. But I haven’t seen anything from HR Payroll or Home Office. Heck even putting it in an email from JR or his girl HK would be a refreshing change. But nope, nothing. It’s a small thing to be sure but shows the mentality of ‘leadership’

Agree with much of what has been discussed. I am SO sick and tired of it ALL. I know that it is time to start looking at other opportunities. I just love my job but this is the WORST company that I have EVER worked for. From no transparency to the shady business practices to micromanagement. It never ends. HK couldn't survive the amount of work, travel, and heavy lifting most of us are doing day in and day out. 98% to goal and she wants a summary as to why we are below after only a few weeks into the quarter? WTF is all I can say. FCK Amneal and all of those in positions for which they are not qualified. I am so fucking pissed off lately.
Most of us are pissed off. But there’s nothing we can do about it. They certainly have not indicated that they are going to make this a better culture where people want to come. They have indicated that they want less tenured and qualified reps. They have indicated that they know how to do our jobs when clearly they’ve not carried a bag in a decade or more if ever. Knowing this is a toxic environment actually helps. You understand that these folks are clueless and you just keep your head down, do your job and hope your numbers are there. I don’t think they care that the majority of us are looking for opportunities elsewhere. I wish you luck in finding that opportunity and hope everyone else who is looking can find something. Until then, we are in this together and can offer support to our fellow reps until the situation improves
Then get pissed off enough to leave. If you can find another job then go get it!
OMG! Our stock is now a little over $5.00 a share! This is a huge milestone for all of us
Considering it was about a $1.50 not too long ago it certainly is big news! The 1000 shares I bought years ago are now worth something! It doesn’t help the morale of the sales force but it does help the bottom line.

Any idea why CA vs East coast? Was there a hotel brand credit or something? Very odd to say the least.
I was told cost. Which doesn’t make sense because you know the place in AZ we used to go was much less expensive. If you look at this place there’s nowhere to go after hours. Which means they were looking for a place to keep us all together so they can watch everything we do.
I don’t believe above comments at all. I have never seen so much open alcohol consumption by upper management than has been present here since SH was shown the door. VPs and ABDs buying drinks for reps. vs what the environment was before new management came. Trust me, alcohol will be flowing.
We lost 2 more Specialty reps already this week and it’s not even Friday! I don’t know about the Endo side. They certainly are in no hurry to improve work place satisfaction
You all have to stop thinking it's going to get better...its not...leadership is worried about their asses, not yours. Plus the future isn't looking good regardless of what they tell you. There is no news on IPX and this new product I heard was a failure.
