Amneal

They will take the best employees from spasticity and move them to jobs in Rytary. That means some spasticity and Rytary employees will be gone. They won’t be looking at product or tenure. It’s all about performance here on out.

‘Best’ is subjective. Are you going to look at metrics for 1 quarter? 2? 1 year? 3? What if the person was crushing it with Rytary but doing nothing moving Lyv?
It will be decided on geography anyways. You could be a multiple COE winner but if they don’t need someone in that spot you’re gone. Can’t see them displacing a current Rytary rep with a Lyv rep. They might reduce some Rytary reps in certain areas but shuffling by Geography is how it’s gonna be done. So you might have 1 year of experience with 0 accolades but if you are in the right geography you are safe. You might be a multi COE winner sitting in a Lyvispah spot and be SOL

Agree, as they should be (looking at performance) as a key metric. for those of us who bust our a**es to hit goal I’d rather be given priority over someone that simply worked here longer than me and is perhaps more jaded, making fewer calls, repeating negativity and complaining on message boards, not meeting goal as frequently as me, you name it. Every company looks at performance. We are finally about to be keeping up with the joneses. I love my job and I want to not keep up but surpass other companies. That’s why we have many boomerangs . Grass not always greener

I can only think of 1 boomerang. I could be wrong. I know a couple left again. Especially recently. You are correct, the grass isn’t always greener

Nope. Gonna be done based on metrics. Poor performers will be displaced where you have overlapping territories with each product. Pay to play.

The grass isn’t always greener but for a huge chunk it is. It’s always a risk to leave something you know to start in a new environment. But if we were being honest it’s also a risk to stay somewhere that isn’t getting better. Nothing lasts forever and sometimes being brave is the best thing one can do. It’s a tough call.

What metrics? How far back are they looking? By any measure a Lyv rep is going to look bad. They have no goals and as a TEAM according to JR they are only producing 50 rxs a week. No way that can compare to a Rytary rep. Then you have Rytary reps that are horrible but got put into a great territory. Or vice versa. I’m sure some type of metrics will be used, that’s obvious, but geography will be a huge one

I think this describes a lot of people here right now. This job is ‘safe’ only because we are currently employed. But will we be in a year from now? People are asking questions now they were not asking even a year ago. That’s a tough spot to be in. I don’t blame anyone for actively looking to leave. I dot blame anyone who wants to stick it out. The decisions made by this company over the last 8 months have really been unfortunate and left a lot of reps with some tough decisions

Everyone working at this company is grossly underpaid and over worked. They need to have competive salaries or they will loose everyone and higher inexperienced people who will leave for higher pay elsewhere.

You don’t think that’s the plan? Look at all the experienced people who have left on their own or been forced out. This is the New Amneal. JR and HK WANT inexperienced people. The experienced ones know they are full of shit.

I believe the same as the above poster’s statement. They are cutting costs anywhere they can. I cannot get excited about becoming a multi billion dollar company, because I believe it is all propaganda. Why would Joe bring in Helen to lead sales teams when she has never worked in sales nor ever managed a sales team? She is taking orders from the top. She is not making the decisions on who to fire. She is making decisions on meeting space and open bars. Everyone should do their jobs, but staying realistic to what is going on….

She does have experience leading a Sales Team. However it is very limited and never lasted long. I think she’s very good at the Operations side of things because all she does is talk about Metrics and KPI’s. Which is an absolutely disconnected and lazy way to lead a sales force. I wouldn’t be surprised to see whoever replaces GP become the de facto leader of the Sales Force and HK moved into another role more suited to her skill set.

Where did she lead a sales team? She worked in reimbursement and managed a dialysis center. Neither equates to “selling” or managing sales teams. She is here because of Joe (old coworkers). Sound familiar? Not what you know but who you know.

VM got promoted ? Just when I’d come to think HK was getting us on the right track this happens. In all my years here I could not tell you what he actually does. He certainly never helped me in any of my IDN accounts. Unless you call stopping in to ‘work’ a program I spent time energy and effort to get set up and approved. I also make sure I’m never alone with him. He’s very misogynistic and I want to have witnesses. This is a horrible move and not going to help the company at all

If that happens, Helen should take the Endo ABD with her. He is a data lover, data guru, and data preacher. He would be an asset to operations and number crunching!

What do any of the account directors do? Reps. and RBMs are in the field every day. When and how often do the account directors see customers? Monthly? Yearly? It’s a mystery.

That’s a great question. VM’s new role sounds like what he does anyway. Go to someone else’s event and schmooze. And if you’ve heard him schmooze then you realize it’s a ticking time mob and gives us 0 credibility

Nothing has changed morale is at an all time low!

my manager seems excited about Tuesdays call. But if they announce what I think they are I’m not that excited. We bought a drug that was discarded from another company because it was loosing money? Don’t we already have one of those with the Spasticity team?

Everything is hush, hush. I don’t believe anything they announce anymore. They change direction on a dime. Why? Because they can.
