Amneal

Training lost MM, AP and JL a month or two ago. I don’t know of anyone who shed a tear for MM leaving with the possible exception of his ‘personal assistant’ CH. CH, JA SW and yes SF are still there. I take exception to your label of SF. That woman is a saint. She is universally liked and respected in the company and from the field. Anyone who has any animosity towards her probably needs to look in the mirror and reevaluate their opinion. She is absolutely everything you want a Training Leader to be- Upbeat Positive Knowledgeable and Empathetic. I wish she was in charge of all of training. We’d be better for it

The training department had a lot of power for a long time. SH came from training and had a lot of influence while running the Department. Then he ended up running the Sales Teams. DS had some power as well but not as much as SH. MM had waaaay too much influence over peoples careers and was quite frankly not qualified to be in the position he was in. He was awful. Played favorites. Held grudges. Enjoyed playing mind games. Truly horrible to a lot of people including his training team. There are stories upon stories of how he treated people who worked for him in questionable ways. Having him gone is a good thing. I would not judge the Training Manager like SF JA or sw harshly. They did their best in a difficult situation. CH……well it’s not really a secret why she’s where she is

Yeah. I’ve noticed SF being more quiet and reserved. She was still super friendly if you approached her but certainly not as upbeat and outgoing as before. I honestly think the environment in training was so toxic everyone but CH was walking in egg shells. It’s why I’m glad MM is gone. Hopefully she will return to form.
 












It always sounds like the same 2-3 people that never could get into a training role are always complaining - move on already. I have been a filed trianer and worked with that team under SH + MM - and they were all great! Just move on. We have so many bigger issues that are going on here....my manager told me our fearless leader closed down another bar again last week....We have no new product coming and we just collapsed an entire division...We have one more year or so with Rytary......
 




Everything posted about training is true except the innuendo about Chelsie. They could have been great friends like so many at the company. I could name several male-female partnerships or protector-ships from the past. SH certainly had one or two. What is concerning is the alcohol comment. I am not a teetotaler, but there is the ABD on Endo who shuts the bar down no matter where the meeting is. Now, there is someone higher up the ladder who is doing the same. They should go to their individual rooms to get wasted. It is not a good look.

There are very few who have worked as Field Trainers under both. And I noticed you left out DS, who was much more competent in his position than MM albeit a a little moody
I have no problem with her or certain ABD’s closing bars down. She did a good job getting rid of most of the people who needed gone. Unfortunately a couple folks got let go I wish would have stayed. She’s definitely establishing who her favorites are that’s for sure. I think the rest of your post is spot on. We just collapsed an entire division that was told time and time again they were 100% committed to long term. It never should have been formed in the first place but time and time again we were told all the changes are done and that the Spasticity team is VITAL to the long term success of Amneal. I’m glad some of my friends are coming back but feel bad for the ones that were let go and the ones demoted to Endo. That’s gotta sting. Now we are waiting on Ong to carry us until and ig IPX gets approved. That’s a risky spot to be in. At least it gives everyone a year or so to look for better opportunities

You are typical of who these losers would choose train. Why don’t you move on? Why do you care about what people think? Why does it bother you? Are you deficient in some way?

Maybe we should apply for any open Endo spots. They are doing fantastic. They just expanded while we wait for our death sentence.

I think you are lumping my post with others, because that was the only post I made. I can’t speak for whoever else has commented.

Ha! Yes I will. I’m holding steady looks like I’ll be over 100%. How are your reps doing? Nice deflection from the main point though. Communication and transparency have always been an issue at this Company. Leadership subscribes to the ‘Knowledge is Power’ model. So they withhold information to retain the aura of power. The problem with that model is it fosters distrust and animosity. Which, ironically the new Leadership says it wants to eliminate.

this is completely true. All things are on a need to know basis. And when I ask/pry my manager with questions, they are wondering why I am asking them.
