I’m in OBGYN now and I have a job, not the job I want forever but I do have a paycheck and for that I’m thankful. I doubt they are going to take the psych side and offer them the opportunity in the OBGYN space but what do I know, I accepted the original offer here.
And please don’t call people stupid or dumb for still wanting this. You don’t know people’s situation. Some don’t have a job at all. I doubt anyone in a great situation would have even entertained Sage in the first place. You wouldn’t be on here if you were working for a great company who paid you well, selling a great product and with a fantastic manager.

Did the OBGYN offers say contingent upon both MDD & PPD being approved?

Company is getting bought out or going under. Everything hinged on MDD. overpromised on pay to suck people in and they knew this wasn't getting MDD approval months ago... Real shame...

Another Sage doozy!! They won’t ever be respected this industry. Incompetent leadership is contagious in this industry.
 












You idiots are acting like sage planned for MDD not to happen. Everyone was blindsided and this is problem that may sink the company. You can’t fault them for cutting all these jobs. Z passed 3 of the 4 MDD trials

It’s all still so sad. I’m sure Sage and Biogen are feeling blindsided right now by how the FDA kind of mislead them.
 









Before the launch of Zulresso, the company had given the impression that the medication could be administered at home. However, the clinical studies did not support this and the FDA didn’t either.

During the interview, I inquired about the potential situation where the product wouldn't be approved for MDD. I was not intending to catch the interviewers off guard, but their difficulty in addressing it raised concerns for me.

I asked the same, but my answer was that they filed separately for this very reason. In case it wasn’t approved for both. Just hope we hear their plans soon.

I am just so shocked they didn’t have a plan in place. I would think they could come up with something sooner than 4-6 weeks as stated in their form email they sent to everyone.
And where are all the rumors from the recruiters or inside employees? I’m guessing the company car allowance isn’t a big topic anymore.
