Approved for ppd…hav’t seen anything on mdd. What does that mean for psyc reps?

We put our people first.

Best Wishes.
Sage

At least the pushed start date beyond FDA approval. How many were about to leave their old job to find out weeks later Sage is laying them off? That's about the only thing they did right, and even that was a last minute call.

I love most of what I felt from "culture" at Sage but damn, total fail on infusion launch, now getting way too far ahead of themselves on MDD and failing. They have pissed so much money away. Early investors are probably looking for a window to jump out of. Can't wait to see them go all-in too early on the tremor med or whatever is next.

So - if you are a psych rep with sage, then you are probably not going to move forward with employment, correct? I didn’t realize there are OB GYN reps with sage, too. I’m guessing they will try to keep those reps, if possible, first, correct? Has anyone received any info at all other than the generic email sent yesterday that said it would be 4-6 weeks for them to organize a restructure?

How many have actually heard anything from their hiring manager?
I know it happened late on Friday so hoping they reach out tomorrow…..earlier than later.
And why would it take 4-6 weeks to come up with a game-plan? Shouldn’t they have discussed this as what-ifs prior to FDA date?

thank them for this. They are buying you 4-6 weeks more of severance. The delay is sympathetic.
