How is ED even a manager??? Has she ever even been a rep? No!!!! She is a chemist with an opportunity per SL. She isn't just a horrible manager, she is a horrible person! She is barely a chemist. Was only in the lab around a year.

Technically she was a rep, Military accounts. BUT, she never closed any accounts.
 






Have a phone interview with these guys...any tips? Also, what is the starting salary range?

You will be saddled with a non-competition agreement if you go to work for AIT. Then, as others have said, they will lay you off within a few months and you will not be able to work in this industry for a few years.

Unless your car is being repo'ed and your home is being foreclosed, I would wait for another opportunity. The base is $50k or less anyway--horrible.
 






While it is true that they will make you sign a non-compete, the jury is still out whether or not it is unenforceable. I know there are several lawsuits with AIT currently being heard over the validity of their non-compete agreements. Not sure I would want to take this on, but good luck to you if you take that job and when you are laid off, don't forget your were warned.

A non-compete is no way enforceable if they let you go.
 






ED is a complete amateur! She has no strategic or managerial skills. It's absolutely comical that she is a Director. Only there based on "relationship" w SL. So glad to be out of that insanity! Creditors calling, everything is s spin.
 
























ED will get what's coming to her. She tries to rule with an iron fist and thinks being threatening and aggressive is how to get productivity out of people. Hey ED everyone only tells you what you want to hear to shut you up until they get out of there. She will be the first to spread untrue statements about former employees so it's only appropriate that talk of her "relationship" with SL make its rounds...true or not, she's never hesitated to throw others under the bus, true or not. She makes emotional decisions, her emotions being anger and a need to control. She will never be able to keep another sales manager role should she even get one because most companies wouldn't tolerate the way she treats her reps. Just wait, karma is a bigger B than even she is.
 






Another top ten account is gone and two more are on the ropes. It's basically over. They are not paying vendors timely and are close to being cut off. Soon SL can add tanking another company to his resume.
 


















How I miss the days when SL would get on here to insult the reps when it turns out it WAS HIM and his leadership that did the company in. What arrogance for a man who does not understand how the market or industry.
 






How did AIT lose almost half their volume (again) from September till now? (Answer) Three top ten practices have left in the last three weeks. Probably will only have reps in three states soon.
 












What do you think? They have lost so many clients that in one year they have gone from over 30 reps to under 9. You don't shrink like that unless you are feeling the financial effect of the exodus. SL has ovseen client attrition close to 85% now.Employees should demand the board take action to change the course.
