I wonder how they are going to spin the collection calls on the corporate update call tomorrow.
Collection calls?
I wonder how they are going to spin the collection calls on the corporate update call tomorrow.
Collection calls?
Oh, they get collection calls. Plus the real reason why they were having problems with cup vendors was because they were not paying them. Which is one of many vendors they have not been paying.
Where is everyone going? So what happens to the great AIT now? It appears they will be down to 7 AE's nationwide by end of the week. Can you still be considered a "National" Company with 7 sales reps? There are start ups running out of their grandma's basement with more hope. Hahaha!!! This heap is going down in a blaze.
Where is everyone going?
ED leadership? Lead them into the light SL, to the light!3 gone this week.. I wonder if SL will announce it to the rest of the sales force ( maybe 9 left at this point). How long do you think those major accounts in the newly vacated territories will stick around? Better get the leadership team on it, and by all means, get Kentucky Louis off the sidelines and into the game. He brings a tremendous amount of value to the team when he's not interviewing twice a week. More than 50 % of the already decimated volume can very realistically be gone in a month. Rally the troops, ED. They need your leadership now more than ever.
What you gonna do when the well runs dry???? Will SL still need two Regional Managers when he only has 6 total Account Executives? Will he need ANY Regional Managers? It seems if he can manage 2 RM's he should be able to handle the 6 reps who are left.
HAHAHAHA -- Its so fitting that this company and its leadership is getting its just desserts. You cannot treat people they way they have and expect to survive--karma is a B1&$H.
My crystal ball says, down to 4 reps by Oct 1. My internal contact says most employees find another job by Nov 1. My contacts in the field say most customers will be gone by Dec 1. My intuition says the doors close by Jan 1. My heart says I hope SL ends up being my cashier at Walmart.
What information are you basing a company closure on?
Considering AIT has lost almost 70% of their business under SL and had complete turnover of their reps. It is completely logical to believe his failure will continue till the doors closed. They are currently getting collection calls and with the resignations it means no pipeline.
