AIT Laboratories

Large clients who have met SL that have left are citing him as being a big factor in their decision. Which helps explain how he can flip a sales force, execute a new direction, and then have half the volume in a year. He is a numbers guy and he won't share the numbers anymore.

5 people is probably a high number that would be a qtr of the sales force now. But he fires and lays off people based on how he likes them, not their performance. He creates new ways of looking at territories just to do that. Expect two to three more people in the next few weeks. This is what his past performance suggests.

I bet those reps SL hired who he laid off in training deserved it to. After all they don't have families, responsibilities, or need to earn a living. I think someone said he has it Carte Blanche and that appears to be correct. He is unaccountable.

Lets not forget those who put AIT in this position in the first place!

You sorry SOB! Let don't forget the pos that came in and cut everyone's commissions and promised a better opportunity. Looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, ladies and gentleman SL. You have Completely destroyed AIT and yet your 115 to Your goal? Scott, karma is a bitch and you better believe it's coming back to you in the future. Moving forward SL a real man will look another in the eye.

Seriously, I have never seen a VP of sales do as bad as this guy. When he came on board with AIT, his main focus was damn call reports and making sure reps were doing mileage correctly. He gave everyone unrealistic goals and people jumped shipped bc no commission could be made in 2013. He lost many large accounts but yet he is still here. I guess AIT just wants to crash and they picked the right person to do it.

So we are supposed to buy a "soft" month equals 17 layoffs and that is right sizing for the company now. There is a serious problem with losing half the volume in one year, and when is leadership going to address the decisions they made? This was not the problem a year ago. This is the problem now and they are okay with watching "Rome Burn".

17 layoffs? Is that for the past few months or did that just happen? You guys have been shedding people! What's the headcount like now? What's daily sample? At the peak, I think it was around 450 people and 2,500 or so samples per day.

Yep that's 17 in one day after several consecutive months of laying off people. I hear from the lab we are down to 600 or less samples a day! Crazy how much volume has been lost since SL started his reign of terror at AIT. There are 21 reps but if any of them have any brain cells that number will fall quickly. I also hear from the lab that they are not being allowed to work 40 hrs a week. They've gone from working overtime to not even being full-time. With all this it is insane that SL is still in power. I hear he goes into accounts and offends every staff member in an office. He's certifiable. It makes you wonder what MN's real goal with AIT really can be with allowing SL to have any control over......well over anything.

HR was trying to slow down SL and TS and their reign of terror so they got rid of most of HR. Of course SL told AEs they left voluntarily. He won't share real numbers with us, won't listen if people on CLT disagree with him and lies about HR departures. Lucky for him AIT's lawyer is drinking his Cool Aid.
