So who got promoted to Director? Also heard that non-sales people were asked to sign non-competes or get fired. There is nothing that AIT does that is proprietary. So why the non-competes? Idiots still in charge of the place.

Yep, SL decided that the regional managers should be promoted to a director level, because under his leadership they didn't lose 75% of the business. Hopefully SL doesn't have a non compete, AIT probably should change their strategy to encouraging a competitor to hire him.
 


















SL is so bad and he and the people behind hiring him in the first place should all be sued for malfeasance. Absolutely, positively, 100% without a doubt the dumbest bunch of nosebleeds ever put in charge of anything worth a quarter, much less a "million" dollar corporation. I have not signed and will not sign any non-compete, hey SL, if you want to fire me go for it, a greeter for Walmart would bring more satisfaction than working for you and this crappy company any longer, oh, and good luck landing that next job 'cause your gonna need it.

Oh its brutal. I have no idea how they kept a smiling face and hush the three rep terminations in July. This next round of lost customers is probably going to be brutal. Good chance SL will tank the company soon.
 










































How many people have they laid off in training this year? I have heard they have not been able to keep their new hires the last few months and are not supporting large parts of the country anymore.
