AIT will be gone by end of 2015. Some form of an AIT group may be left in Indiana, but the company is losing major customers across the nation on a daily basis. I work inside and I am in contact with those in the lab and field almost on a daily. EVERYONE here knows the ride is almost over and we are all looking for a better offer. I feel really bad for some of the loyal employees here who do a great job. SL gets a lot of blame but he is nothing but a pawn for the new CEO who claimed from day 1 that he wasn't here to sell us. Unfortunately it has become rather obvious that his sole purpose in being here is to fatten the numbers and make the company appear viable long enough to sell the few remaining accounts along with the lab assets.
There is no clear direction, hire, lay off, hire lay off, reorganize, reorganize, reorganize. It seems like company decisions are made based on the management book MN is reading this week. We've lost some very valuable employees who are now working for competitors and in the reason we are losing customers daily. No way we can even fight, I've heard the calls and customers are leaving because of bad customer service and being fed with changes and empty promises. One day they have a sales rep who they love, the next day that rep works for competitor ABC. Do the math, how long can this last.
