There’s openings because ADC has gone way too far this time with not paying reps, in particular the DSS’s. The entire IC plan is designed to pay you nothing, then on top of the structure the goals are unattainable. When you have like 3 people hitting 100% in the whole nation that’s an issue. Especially when FSL grew by 40%/1 billion in 2021..but were gaslighted by leadership and told we’re basically trash and just can’t reach our goals. Ok. ADC doesn’t care about the salesforce. Period. Leadership is the worst, half of the managers are new to ADC and don’t understand what’s going on, how can they lead? Half of the salesforce (associate reps) are brand new to sales period, super young, inexperienced and they aren’t working. And they make more bonus money than the DSS’s. This place is a joke.

Dexcom CFO Quentin B quickly escaped and left the company before the SEC investigation progressed enough to nab him, leaving behind an inflated unsustainable stock price and suspect financials; stock price dropped from over $600 down to $360 in just a few months - Ouch!

And the G7 is just a figment of DexCom's imagination. They have been talking about if for over 6 years while FSL has been ramping up to 4M users and the FSL 3 has EU approval and FDA submission.

The FSL is a cheap piece of plastic that frequently malfunctions..I have doctors tell me all the time about patients constantly complaining about sensors failing.

Bullshit.

It had problems early on and they were fixed. I suppose ADC is taking it's time on the FSL 3 to make certain that it is stable before full roll out. I know many who use it and the issues are minimal. The sensor will start to fall off before the 14 days so all the user may need to use an over bandage. The sales of FSL 2 are growing at 40% a year....a truly bad product will not sell that well.

mph, okay..I’ll just tell all the docs “bullshit” next time I hear about all the problems patients are having; which will most likely be tomorrow, but what should I tell myself when I have a issue? You see, I’m a diabetic, and I’ve worn a Libre about 12 times, and I had close to a 70% failure rate…
Abbott has done a remarkable job marketing & selling an “idea”, and they’ve been wildly successful because they know the masses are asses, and are easily exploited. Truth is, the Abbott Libre has a lot more in common with the Theranos Edison than a true CGM.

Simply not true. This poster is a DexCom loser.

Wish Heather was back running Diabetes. Great leader and person. Class Act.

Back in 2008 CGM was not popular at ADC. Once Chip left ADC and Heather took over, she saw potential in the Libre CGM concept. So, it was under her leadership the Libre was created. However, as ADC revenue fell she laid of many workers.....
