$100 million class action suit

I am so happy this thread is nearing 30,000 views. It warms my heart to know so many people have read all the postings revealing this suit for the bogus, ridiculous, and blatant money grab for what it is.

I wonder, does Daiichi get $100 million from the "victims" when the case is thrown out? What's the downside for those to file a suit? I guess nothing, except the public embarrassment of attaching your name to such a frivolous action.

Sadly, my guess is they lack the self-awareness though.

Hmmm..reading the lawsuit and I find it interesting that the "victims" are suing because they weren't paid as well as their counterparts AND they were overpaid while on maternity leave and "forced" to pay it back.

One has to wonder, maybe if they paid more attention to their own finances instead of other people's, they wouldn't have any problems would they?

Then again, they wouldn't be able to be "victims" in a $100 million suit, either.

NOW I understand!

Hypocrites

I don't know about hypocrites, moral less, lacking integrity, greedy, conniving, opportunists maybe....?

you just gave the job description of a pharmaceutical representative and manager - and it doesn't matter which company.

Maybe a very intelligent person can answer this question for me? How do you get a $100 million out of a company that every drug they own expires in the winter of 2015? Let me guess, the myth of buying another company (that seems like a simple thing to do........right). Oh wait there is ........E-ban? One problem its been out for two years in Japan and trust me we would know if it was making 12 billion a year in sales over there. Can someone please answer my question?

Most corrupt company!!! Where is Gregg blah, blah with his ethics test now??? Where are the ethics? It is SO sad, Joe would be so disappointed, it's really gone to hell. There are no moral standards whatsoever!!! It's embarrassing to be looking for another job, when I was once proud.

What is the latest on this? Have these feminists been stomped into the rug? I read the complaint and laughed and laughed. Curious..

1-Did you have to apply for this job or did DSI find you in a nail salon?
2-Did you have to interview or were you given a shiny new car for no reason? Oooooh, shiny!
3-Did you have to train, both at home and in NJ, or did you just post a selfie?
4-Did you accept this position?

It doesn't sound like the job changed much, just your opinion of it and possibly the diameter of your rump. Wine and dine male doctors? Get over yourselves.

When they WIN, they will have the last laught! These negative posts are probably written by men who wish they could be part of this suit.

They will not "win"', read through all these posts and see how each point is easily dismissed as an opportunistic money grab by a group of sharks who make a living by extorting companies by running some bad PR and hope for a quick and easy payout. Daiichi has to wonder how much money is it willing to part with to make these slugs just go away. It's a disgusting way to make a buck...yet there's always someone with no morals willing to it

They are vomit, pure and simple

Did you notice that after this lawsuit they hired a "Director of Talent Acquisiiton and Diversity"......the "Diversity" label was no coincidence. It is a reflection of how bad this company is in the area of diversity at the senior levels.
