leadership is clueless. no gpo contracts - yet huge quotas to meet. all promotions are decided before interviewing takes place. management lies continually to field force. New president has zero new ideas or leadership ability (FM). vp has zero sales experience and will not listen to field (HP) and has sales director neutered so he is basically powerless - so he lies to all reps, weekly - has zero answers for any issue. this is the most reactionary company i have ever worked for. zero vision. zero proactive thought. if you are interviewing with mylan institutional: don't. keep looking. you will be lied to and treated like a child with no chance of promotion. this division will crumble and fail within 4 years.
They displaced me from a job that I loved and excelled at for absolutely no reason. Worst part was I had gotten exceptional reviews and they failed to acknowledge that with a legitimate raise. Very disappointed with the lack of transparentcy as well.
I am very disappointed with the management and how they were not supportive to an individual who is on a medical leave.
I understand it is all about business and how business comes first but being supportive will give a personnel like myself a sense of loyalty and dedication to the company; especially in pharmaceutical industry. I guess this is what everybody says. "You live and You learn." I spoke to my parents who were Ivy league graduate with multiple master. To get their perspective and they have stated it is what it is.
Neuro- Legacy Allergan. The good old boys in management discriminate against females and age. There is no movement in upper management - directors have been the same in over a decade. The same people manage the same shitty way. The Neuro division is 98% white. If you have been in your position for more than 5 years, there is little chance you will be promoted. Benefits are so bad and they hold bonuses until the last min to pay you. Not a good place for long term employment.
