Constant "transformations" and lack of titles to "flow" to the work we want (meaning no one does the crappy work).
Was a great place to work, lots of flexibility, very little stress but now everyone is overloaded, no promotions possible with the lack of titles and a culling on the way.

DMs are puppets without any regard for how their behavior affects employees. No matter how much you give it is never enough and you are treated like gum on the bottom of their shoe. Worst managers on the planet.
