The "Executives" made a horrible acquisition and I am now living with the consequences of that decision. They bought one product that market has clearly rejected and have offered no changes to the marketing or pricing of this drug. The second product purchased is the same exact drug as what we were carrying in our bag and now we have to sell something we actively sold against for years. The culture has shifted from collaboration and motivation to fear and silence.

Constant "reorganization" from management with zero direction and zero leadership, constant shifting of priorities and goals, and massively inconsistent decisions. ENOUGH!

I actually really enjoy my actual job, it's the company culture that sucks! Senior leadership has been directing managers to place reps on performance plans when they don't hit their quarterly sales goals. Reps are threatened by the possibility of termination. Turnover is high as a consequence. Sales force morale is low because of the constant pressure and job insecurity.

The company culture is not what I thought it would be when I accepted the job. It is high pressure and management will not hesitate to put sales representatives on performance plans and fire them. Fear-based management tactics means you work under constant threat of losing your job.
