Micro management, leadership with no skills besides protecting their own jobs, and the constant screwing of their reps with non sense back door sneaky tricks to not pay you...... Leaving in a week for a competitor in the MS space and can't wait....
Micromanagement nightmare!!! back stabbing management that will do what ever it takes to push the blame to someone else. Everyone has either left or looking to leave.
