AZ has implemented Brain Based coaching. It is a cultish sales model that one had to prove that they are open to being badgered into change all the time.
Upper management is extremely unprofessional. Company is lacking in career development, lots of favoritism, very long hours, everything is urgent. Lots of pressure and no appreciation on any task given.
I think my company, Sanofi, is the absolute best company to work for in what I also believe to be the best industry in the USA. Where else can you sleep till 9, go to the gym ( in territory), get some shopping in, see 3-4 customers, and call it a day @ 4PM
