What is going on in KANSAS CITY!! This is ridiculous, to start with they have a Team Leader in place with NO experience at all in our business. He comes from a warehouse manager position not a service position. Got hired as SOM for 4 months (for being a friend of a sales member) got let go then put in the team leader role. For someone supposed to be making sure K.C. customers are taken care of but can't even prioritize his own day??????????? WTF!! Nice decision by hill-rom to allow such a ridiculous hypocrisy to occur. Hopefully we won't loose all of our business. Management here in K.C. has no backbone. He is more concerned with taking care of his Nebraska and Iowa areas than helping K.C.. He has a employee showing up under Kansas City's staffing but works up north in Iowa?! While Kansas City looses 2 employee's??? Save his own and forget the rest. Nothing but bullshit lies. Shipping product north because he can't say no to anyone above him to explain the needs of our customers so now we don't have product to service our customers. I really feel for the Kansas City Technicians who just keep getting drug over the coals and treated with no respect. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't even keep the customers we have because the relationships they have built are what keep us going. But due to everything wrote above they are all stressed, and upset and to think of loosing the front line to a bunch of B.S especially the experienced technicians really pisses me off. All business would severely suffer and ruin our relationships with our customers.
