Nothing happened to Dave. The fact that people don't know which RBD got let go or who KJ is simply shows that the Novo CP site is filled with ex-employees. Pretty sad, guys. I think you should move on.

How did I know who he was referring to? Because I work here, you jackass. That was the point. There is only one RBD in the NE who is named Dave (or Davey for that matter). Plus, if you don't know which RBD in the NE has the initial KJ, then, again, you don't work here.

I didn't say I loved it here. I just said that these posts are proof positive that this site is filled with ex-employees who come on here to sling mud. I assumed they might actually have something better to do with their time. I guess not....

I must say from someone with true management experience, by that I mean P&L Responsibility, understanding the marketplace, and being able to make solid business decisions, the RBD position at NNI is a JOKE! When managing a T&E Budget requires an admins input... When another RBD needs to create a spreadsheet for current COE Rankings, or when the VP's opinion is NEVER challenged for fear of losing my place closest to the best nipple??? Really?

NNI spent a LOT of money trying to determine the business acumen of the RBDs. Anybody ever hear what those results revealed? Nope. You want to know why? They are only fooling each other. The scores said "more training required" because a$$ ki$$ing did not count in overall ratings.

This whole thing is crazy. Don't be honest. Don't have an original idea. And DEFINITELY Don't buck the system! Because IF you do, you could be one of the RBDs the "right sized" organization doesn't need anymore. And THEN what??

You seem to be in the know on this one, as no one ever said anything about this. Who did well and who sucked? My RBD is a moron, so I'm pretty sure he was at the bottom. Classic case of NNI protecting those at the top.

I know the results and they were horrible. No strategic insight, poor ability to set direction and lack of market perspective outside of NNI. The highest rated skill was their disease state knowledge. ANAJ kept it quiet after he learned how bad it was.

Here at camp NNI the RBD can and has influenced many peoples daily lives by pressuring the managers to micromanage their people do no end. What planet are you on? The RBD s elsewhere get away with doing nothing here the bigger the a..h... the better as far as they're concerned.
