The managers are protected by HR till you don't have a foolproof case. It's their word against yours. It's amazing how much power these jackasses have in this culture, don't know to manage for crap and play favorites openly. The Midwest regions has a specialty manager reaming everybody else out except for this "cute girl" he follows around like a puppy. How do they get away with this crap? These 4 competencies that they measure sales reps on? No other company does that, every other company gives you a promotion on your sales numbers. They make sure that their asses get kissed. How does it matter what else the rep is impacting if they are growing business. This company sucks and they have no clue! They want people to leave on their own and people like BOGI are making sure that happens!
They all promote backstabbing. With a fun new process of being on PIP's. Natural attrition baby! Novo managers STINK, cause they got there by kissing everyone's a** themselves
Is there some sort of quota that requires you to recycle the "I hate my manager" thread? I get it - you're super awesome and your manager is terrible. I think you can go read the same thread on every company's board on this site. Just go ahead and get it all out. You feel better for the next 3 months when you start it all over again. But, let me let you in on a little secret: you hate your manager because he/she is your manager. He/she is in charge, and you're not. That's it. No other reason. But, go ahead and rant and rave and cry and moan and trash a few people by name on here. And, you'll be right back where you started.
Yes there is so much bullshit going on in upstate NY and it's not just in Rochester. It's unbelievable what these DMs are getting away with. I wish HR would open an investigation. They would uncover a hell of a lot. However, it will never happen. This company protects the managers and it's pathetic. I heard so many stories of corruption at the meeting and it amazes me how these people continue to get away with it.

Such few good managers........instead of letting people do their job make sure everyone's scrambling to backstab each other to get a effin title change. You guys are losers!
