But now its a different story. In her new role she now does impact other territories - and already can tell all that was said is true!!! Everything and I mean everything is fake. Her appearance and attire are not professional. She has no idea of market dynamics nor does she work. When we ask her account plans and tactics - she provides fluff. just fluff.

What do you expect when she feels threatened by a direct report whom could do her job better?

Since many of us have left NNI because of her. Have you all gotten the same question from DIHY when you resign, "What can we do to keep you here?" Seriously? Do your f'n job and be a good manager rather than a tyrant dictator who only looks out for yourself and casts away all your best talent.
