Worst Managers here?









Way too many managers in our headcount. Unnecessary field rides to "take up time" so they can justify their jobs. 10 DBMS on every virtual training course, so they can "oversee" field trainers doing their jobs and making sure their reps are up to par. Get rid of half of managers and let us do our jobs!

I agree there are far too many managers required to meet set standards of field time requirements. Problem is the normal rep only works 4 hours a day with no accountability DRI my ass.

Apparently there is room for a tie. One in Knoxville gets the nod from his district. Several reps have left recently. Not a good sign.
 








The culture in the TN Valley sucks! RBD has created a backstabbing environment throughout management and reps. It is a sad place to be. Everyone is hoping to be his "yes man" to keep their job. He is volatile and leads the group in backstabbing and meanness. He lies without thinking twice and lets that environment cause good people to leave. Definitely learned his tactics from Andy when he worked for him.
 




This comedians response is classic. You know the kind of manager who makes the previous statement of going through expense reports and spends company time trying to find an escape goat for there numbers an bonus tanking. That same manager who calls for a team building at a high end restaurant. And then asks a rep to pay the bill so he doesn't have to submit it to his boss for scrutiny. How's this for uniting us.. Hip hip....HYPOCRITE!!!!

If you are referring to snitch Bachman you are correct. Only the reps that are dirty stay. He was just paid by a rep for a job in oak ridge. Rush job right past management. Rep was bragging about it
 












Memphis DBM. Napoleon complex who loves to hear himself talk. Little big man syndrome but he can barely compose an email that makes grammatical sense.

Good thing he's the one that only has five reps to "manage" rest of the time he's getting jacked up in the gym so he can strut his little bag man body around looking for someone to notice him.
