Yes we all left thank goodness we had that opportunity. I am sad that this company which once was great ended up this way. But look at who they Hired over the last 5 years. BAMs BEMS RGMS BIPPITY BOPPITY BOO....OMG what a complete waste. They wouldn't work with reps pretended to actually know what was happening in accounts. Even though most nurse educators are good people it was a fatal error to hire them as reps. Totally different skill set and a real cluster.Yes we all left thank goodness we had that opportunity. This has become a comedy show! True, the person was a crybaby thinking leadership gives a damn, but that’s the best you got, Girl??? Well, how ironic your reports feel the same way about you. They boast about their regions and ecosystems industry changing approach but aren’t honest that this is becoming a miserable failure. Honestly it Isn’t too late to right the ship, but you need to surround yourself with honest people, the people who will tell you what is wrong!

Yes it is!Assuming there must have been some sort of "leadership" call today to continue to try and force feed you your daily dose of bullshit baby food and bolster morale among this sinking ship of fools. I am truly sorry and feel for those of you who stayed. I chose the package and got out. It's not too late ... there IS life after Genentech and the grass IS greener.
I don't think this thread is asking the right question. The worst HED/HD is the same as the best.
The problem is with the Customer Engagement model itself which is no different than before. We wasted a year and a half and have absolutely nothing to show for it.
