Working for SS in the NE?? DON’T!!!







Enough already of the constant bashing and ridiculing of SS. If you work for him and don't like him, LEAVE! SS isn't going anywhere, and if Human Resources sees these posts, they will simply chalk it up to disgruntled employees. After all, SS enjoys the full support of CT as well as the other RBDs. If CT thought there was a problem with SS losing 1/2 his region, then action would have been taken. It has not. So all of your grumbling, ridiculing, name-calling, and juvenile commentary is a waste of your time and energy. Don't like it? LEAVE! Otherwise, figure out how to deal with it constructively.

Not Steve, just a part of the field, just like you. I'm just tired of the bashing. Simply put, it is not constructive. In case you need instruction on how to be constructive...(1) write a letter outlining legitimate issues (if any really exist) that are impeding the region's success in the field that SS is causing AND provide suggestions for remedies (such as CT-led 360 skip-level feedback session); (2) have all region members sign the letter; (3) send the letter to CT and Human Resources. I'll bet you and your teammates don't have the cojones to do this.

the five people who bailed last quarter not only gave “leadership” 100 reasons Steve should be canned, but proved it through action. What more do you think can be done? Feel free to wow us with your infinite wisdom! Steve has been ct’s personal errand boy for 30 years, so he is protected from the top at the cost of $$ to the company.

whatever somehow the nibble man troll is associated with your company. Who cares. Anyway I heard that Amgen individuals who joined your company have been ostracized from Amgen and Amgen employees are not allowed to contact them or some stupid crap. That is absolutely hysterical. What I don’t like is you sell this stupid bio similar that’s actually not that much cheaper than the name brand drug. Also, once this whole thing has peaked and you’ve converted so many % pharmacies to your product over Amgens why do they need the salesforce?

Hmmm compelling logic. Shame nobody simplified this sooner been trying to figure it all out. 4/10 of a team had mild bugaboos with ss so they all bailed in a year within 3 month of each other and those remaining still looking to go. Makes total sense now thanks for clarifying. with masterminds like you here how are we not at $100 per share yet?

In the spirit of the Holiday Season, I want to offer up my forgiveness to those that have had the need to tear me down on a public yet anonymous website. I understand how you feel, but am ashamed that I hired such a group of cowardly individuals that do not have the courage to confront me in a constructive manner. Quite possibly, you may have gained more substantive insights relative to both of us. My figurative door (cell phone) is always open. Please gain the courage to talk directly with me instead of smearing me. I will listen, but I expect of you to listen as well.

This has to be SS because it's too passive aggressive and elitist to be anybody else. If any of us thought this plea heartfelt perhaps we would reach out however we all know that your merely the cowardly lion drunk on power.We already told you what you need to change to be even remotely considered a leader but you instead got defensive and loud. Guess the truth hurts but too bad. How about this option instead: you call all of us and ask what we can do to make the division stronger. Wait, you already did that in an attempt to cover your ass after half of us left. If you want real answers as to our dysfunction push to get this team a feedback session with hr. Hopefully we get to do it in person real soon! Not to worry you can stay in general session we're sure they will call you after to fill you in. It's not your first rodeo you know the drill. We hope youll figure it out but its still doubtful bc you didnt at amgen. Balls in your court!
