Here’s the explanation, a fish rots from the head. Everybody is going to make money here except the foot soldiers who actually earn it. If I have to listen to my boss say to count on the stock one more time when my bonus is shit because of the unattainable quota thrown at me I’m leaving. The only people here with enough stock to make anything are the 10-15 greedy clowns at the top...nobody else. The share price is so low in the face of a supposedly good launch that I have no faith it’ll ever be more than it’s already hit this year, and the only place to go is down when sanofi launches theirs. If we can’t increase the share price when successfully selling a first tier biosim to the highest dollar onc product by volume, I can’t wait to enter the smaller eye market with a second tier one. This place is a one trick pony.

5th person to exit in last 3 months...1/2 the div couldn’t even survive the first year under him. Apparentky this is common with every team he leads. One girl left who was in top 10 percent of sales. Staying with steve-o just wasn’t worth the money or the big trip I guess. Buffalo, Rhode Island, long island, nyc, allentown all turned over. Good luck applying to what hasn’t been filled yet if you’re a glutton for punishment!
