The Company is closing and merging locations. Putting poor Managers in place of good ones and setting up locations to fail. Employees with 15 plus year's service are being let go and Sales Reps aren't being replaced. This Company cannot survive long with this course.

The bad LCM's will be kept b/c they are yes people who we all know if the AM stopped shortly their face would be brown in no time!

Most LCM's have no clue how to run their LCM's without the fear factor let along step into the LSM position. To bad, some of the Rotech's are great to deal with.
 






They will start will more SR RIF's.
Then store closures . The locations that close will be the lucky ones. The locations left will play Hell trying to operate under the new requirements and operating guidelines. It's not going to be a good year.
 






Would you idiots get off the subject of rotech firing everyone and closing up shop? Geez you children need to dwell on the positive which is you have a paycheck coming in! You can look up any DME company on cafepharma and its all the same story. Disgruntled employees talking about things they have no clue about. You can search the archives and look back 5 years ago on every company and the same spill about the company is about to close its doors and go bankrupt will always pop up. These same threads almost verbatim are in the archives from years back for every DME co., and guess what idiots....they are all still here!! Now get to work before I raise your hurdle!! We aren't going anywhere!!
 












This is buch here. I concur that we are all sick and tired of hearing you all bich. I have been an lcm for a long time, and in a small town, this certainly helps me get chics.

Well...well ....well......you're back are you. We have all been waiting with baited breath to see if you had jumped ship for Chick-fil-A full time with your mindset or if you would try and slink back onto the board after your last tongue lashing.

Frankly Rotech could care less whom you prefer, you are perfect for them. You drink their mixture and keep on going....oh wait....it's not really that LCM from W PA....are you not the SR that was fired? If we are to go by what the person who "outed" you during one of your less bile filled attacks against her ( the LCM you are pretending to be aka Butch) and her CSR Denise earlier this year.

If Rotech is so vile as people are stating...then why stay?

Rotech has quite a few of good people working for them.
 






lets try this again...you poor soul if this helps you get chicks. You do work for Rotech Healthcare right? How old are these "chicks" ? Tired of the bitchin", just turn the channel and move on.
Being an LCM is no big deal, I can say its over-rated and most definitely under payed. Guess those chicks don't demand much. You couldn't afford much.

Ha Ha Ha that is great!

This person who comes back to attemtp .....and poorly at best.. to pass themselves off as the LCM of W PA needs to go back to the "facility" where his CLINICAL TRIAL takes place!

Rotech may not be paying their LCM's all that much but it sure does give the opportunity to the few who take it to sharpen their skills to either stay or take them with them.

All DME's out there have their problems.
 






Its AM, not DM for Rotech...
Poor lot of slaves working to make a paycheck. Thats just wrong at the very least, never really appreciated.
All offices are worked to the bone and for what?? A paycheck..
Hope raises are on the horizon
