Hey. How many men do you happen to hate today (not counting pst's and rt's that just could'nt hack working around you and elected to walk)?
Insofar as you (an lcm) firing a SR, it does'nt happen that way and you know it. All you can do is to sabotage anything done to try and get your special "friend" in the SR position, which also did'nt pan out.
Yep. I'd lay out these vile responses if I were you as well.

There will be necessary travel at best. Despite how they seem to operate, they have a much smarter guy in the drivers seat this time around. Maybe chapter 11 but they'll pull it off, they always do.
Just hope they appreciate the people they have working for them and give them a raise.

With the hurricane that came through, the wonderful AM in a certain area has not even contacted any of the locations to see if they are dead or alive.
Those Neighborcare people don't get it. What a shame for Rotech, bad buy. Its true, not one person cares.

They are to busy getting ready for Phil's end of the year party coming up and I am sure the AM is bz bz bz and let's face it...do you really think he get's it?

I'm sure it will be a good old fashioned "progressive" dinner since he is of an age!

Pre Dinner drinks at the first home.....hors d'oeuvres at another...first course at the first vacation home ....you get the point...plenty of laid off Blotech have not employees parking cars and carrying trays to the "haves".

I think the poster was referring to yet another vacation home for phil as mandated in his exit clause. Not to worry! I understand the board of directors offers their own rewards for top performers such as him.
 






sick of hearing about Phil. he's on his way out and not a day too soon. I'd worry about who is taking his place. a company that continually survives has to fall flat on its face sooner or later. we can only hope later unless some idiot buys someone else's headache and then it won't be long when the face feels the blow

Phil will still be at the helm in effect by chairing the board. His experience and insight will be an invaluable asset for years to come. He will be pulling the strings.

Yesireebob! Who knows where Rotech would be without phil? Maybe on the nasdaq?
Seems like rotech went downhill during his reign. Yet he doles out 17 million for a 2nd vacation home in addition to his main Orlando home. Go figure.
Either he scored big from Mcfrugals or something smells.
 






all corps. have a head man who thinks he knows what he's/she's doing when its really the small guy at the bottom who runs the show
no recognition for the little man. I understand the managers in the company have the least desired job. so many chiefs, no indians. guess this PHil guy is one of the indians being led and told what to say and do.
Anyone looking to join this company better look long and hard. then look again
 






actually with rotechs losses piling up and senior management taking large sums of cash out of the company, it is not a buy target. No inestment groups will touch Rotech because it has to much senior debt on books at to high of interest rates. also equipment and assets are to old to depreciate. There is no way to buy this company and make a profit, without selling off half of it to pay off debt.
