I've seen this several times on several Shire boards. Slander is a civil action, not a criminal one. You cannot get arrested for slander. You can get sued, but the bar is really really high.

Seriously? since when did any jurisdiction start citing "prison labor" as a punishment? And what the hell is "suspension of disqualification"? If you want to quote the law, then site the source: Law (i.e. Federal, state, municipal), section, sub section and paragraph. Otherwise this seems made up.
Making up fake laws and passing them off as real is subject to a jillion dollar fine and a prison sentence of not more than 50 years hard labor breaking rocks in a striped suit.

I'm convinced it is KK since they only come out when she is criticized directly and not when general comments about Shire or others. KKs fragile ego can't stand to think she is so horrible and loathed by the field force(forth) so she pretends to be people chiming in trying to discredit the more than fitting comments about her and her issues.

Face facts KK, you're just not good at what you do. Consider a career change. One where you are not managing people.

This pattern is not exclusive to the sales group. This is how they operate across all business units. That's why there are almost 400 openings and they're having a tough time filling positions in Lexington.
