Why is Gilot still here?

I think leadership team is just waiting for AZ to come down. Why would they otherwise keep managers like Backdoor Bob on the team who absolutely have no idea how to manage work and people! Look at most of them in CVMD......KC was another example, a jumping jack moved from one position to another every year and still finding good roles! Larry has been in this role since the earth came into an existence and doesn't know anything but CV!!!! Hartman is a self promoter too happy with himself talking big and fluff........ Sarah is good but doesn't motivate and is non-influential, so doesn't help! They have now added Jessica Phaup into the mix securing her job when she was a part of Roxadustat's failure.They all have been in their secured jobs forever and don't know anything but AZ. They don't know there's a world outside of AZ!!!!! Whereas we have been put through this grinder every year worrying about our jobs!!!!!!! The real progress will come when these managers leave....which will never happen!!!!!!

The “bucket of money” thing was MINOR compared to urging us to get creative by going to the back door when the virus was raging in the early days last year. I love how it’s unethical to state the obvious - that our job is to make money - but perfectly fine to turn us into super spreaders. And you wonder why we have such a bad reputation.

It’s all about the optics. When the COVID suites start to inch closer, they’ll fire BG so they don’t have to answer why someone that stupid is employed by AZ.

This is his second layoff in 5 years or so. He can take his azz home and complain some more on Facebook, all day long, about being a frustrated American.

The pulse survey results were terrible, and it’s obvious Gilot was/is a big part of that. Add to that the unforgivable video two months into a pandemic urging reps to hunt doctors down at any cost, and it’s pretty obvious he needed to go. Hopefully, the rest of the industry will know to steer clear of this train wreck of a leader.

The “All American Dad” might find a home by June of next year. This folksy dinosaur always will find their tribe among hiring managers. It’s a dying breed, but these TRexs are not going without a fight.
