Do you really think Gilot cares what anyone at AZ thinks about him? I mean, as long as the people at the top support him, he probably will just continue to shower us with insincere praise followed with trivial suggestions about how to deal with deficiencies in sales metrics. Like many at his level, he’s completely detached from the goings on in the field and it’s pretty obvious that he’s perfectly fine with that.

R U kidding? He thinks we love him, or at least he used to before he was exposed for being a moron. He surrounds himself with sycophants, so the feedback loop is corrupted.

I worked for one of BG’s CBDs a couple of years ago. She is a moron, and I now see he is a corrupt sleeze ball,,, I always thought he was a creeper. The combination of stupid and sleazy leaders really sets this company apart from the others.
 




Those of us who remember Bob from the NNI days aren’t surprised by this. He was the type of guy to tell you how great you are then get your boss to find ways to run you out, particularly if you didn’t tow his bs line. He didn’t leave Novo under good circumstances, and when he got here he tried to play the nice guy routine, probably so people wouldn’t ask questions about his departure from Novo. We knew that wouldn’t last. He’s always been a toxic guy, and this is just par for the course.
 




Believe it or not, Purdue Pharma’s OxyContin FDA hit at $270M was the tenth largest in Pharma lawsuit history. Our Seroquel hit was basically twice that at $520M - yes, that’s half a billion dollars for fraud/unethical behavior. Guys like Gilot got us there, and there’s no incentive to get rid of them until, of course, they put the company in peril. If Pharma was actually an ethical industry, guys like BG would be selling used cars.

AZ will never let backdoor Bob go. You will see others getting kicked off for some or the other reason, but they will protect Bob and his nonsense behavior!!!!!!

I have an idea!! Let’s pay Hunter $10M (I know it sounds like a lot, but he has sooo much skill) to sneak to the back door of big offices so he can deliver great messages and force the docs to take the booster while he’s hitting them hard with our sales aid.
 




Who cares if he is still with the company? All we do is put up with his bravado and bullshit (motivating talk.) We lose him and could get much much worse. Believe me I've seen worse.
