I complained about them to my boss and he complained to KC but nothing was done! My 2 colleagues left because of their rudeness. They couldn't take it no more!!! BG & TH together are bullies. Very bad culture in NEST..........

Similar experience here. This is a low class group of people. Total failures as “leaders”/“professionals”. This entire group of sh@tbags needs to go, but that won’t happen. Says a lot about the company.

Are you surprised with that??? Backdoor Bob is protected by LT and TH by HR. Do you think AZ will get rid of them however bullies they are?? If they were minorities, they would have gone by now!!! That's how AZ works. I've been seeing it for 15 yrs. Get used to it or leave. Most've gone

These people - especially BG and HR - really just serve as enforcers. They love to do the “good cop bad cop” routine, but you have to know not to trust anything they say. Just smile and act like you agree with them an they’ll leave you alone…mostly. If there’s every been a group be “defunded”, it’s this group.
 




All these posts about this guy. I'm not a fan of him totally not impressed. I've been around this block for quite sometime and have seen these people come and go. Any of them impressive? Yeah a few but not too many. My feeling is why get upset about him? Yeah he said something very stupid on that video. So what? Those of us in sales have great freedom. Listen to what the latest "talking heads" say and when you are in the field do what you feel is best. These people come and go just like a bus route. He will be gone and another will take his place with their brand of bullsh*t. It's not worth getting upset over. Once you understand how this pharma company works your life becomes much more relaxed.

Of course he is. Just like the nine out of ten "leaders" who came before him and those who will follow him. Who cares? He will go somewhere else soon. Promoted, fired or another company and another "savior of pharma sales" will take his place. Play the game, enjoy your freedom and tell them what they want to hear. Getting upset for one minute of your life just isn't worth it.

The fact - and it is a fact - that both promotion and firing are options is very telling. This is a terrible optic for AZ.

AZ is no different than any other major pharma company. This industry is so inbred with so called leaders who travel from one gig to another. Can't blame them they make significant coin for not much work and the same old recycled ideas. Of course promotion and firing are options and it's not a very terrible optic for AZ...in any large organization if the manager and their boss above you hate your guts...you can be fired...they love you...you can be promoted. This is how corporate America works in any industry.

I came to AZ from other big pharma and I've seen many pharma "leaders" in the last 30 years. But what happens in AZ and with backdoor Bob is unbelievable! I'm not saying because of the video but his behavior is unacceptable and unethical. He talks total nonsense on the calls and no one I mean no one cares what he says!!!! I have never seen this side of the pharma industry!!!!

I worked with Bob at Novo many years back. He was quietly paid off and fired for pushing unethical promotion tactics, so this is really not a new thing. The “back door” video is what I would expect from someone who has spent his adult life skirting the line to get ahead.

Never saw this side of pharma? In thirty years? Hard to believe. Here is one for you. Ask around to people who have been around for a good amount of time about the "bucket of money" situation. Makes Back Door Bobbie seem like a saint.
