His WP video was absurd. It’s hard to imagine an adult, much less someone in a senior management role, would ever release something that dumb to hundreds of people. That was way over the line even by the really loose standards we’ve come to accept over the last couple of years.

He is that dumb, and I’m surprised that you’re surprised. When was the last time you saw something from our leadership that looked and felt like leadership?

Gilot is a peon. It wouldn’t even matter but for the fact that we have to work in the same company with this ass clown, and he’s likely to get us tied up in another CIA.

I told my DM that I was concerned about that video when it came out last year and she said I’d be better off not saying anything because “they will just find a way to get rid of you”. What a terrible way to keep people motivated.
