If someone is leaving the company how is that throwing them under the bus?

I've heard names of several people leaving for Kala, for Glaukos, for Aerie.
If you don't want anyone to know you're leaving then dont tell anyone.

the reps on the top have the least incentive to leave so probably not them . Kala is gonna either shit the bed or be bought out . Maybe you’ll make some xtra launch coin off of their vouchers . Your Shire exp would be very relevant

I'm in the top and I'm leaving in Dec. We have incentive, anyone who thinks this place will be just fine or won't change drastically is crazy. My only question is my manager wants to ride with me before Thanksgiving... Maybe I could be sick that day

That's technically not double dipping. Bc you know the min you give notice they aren't going to let you out in the field, you'll be done. There is no 2 weeks notice in pharma. While at the new job all you'll be doing is on boarding.

Double dipping is drawing salaries at 2 companies. You technically and ethically can not be working full time for 2 . When u give a 2 week notice you spend 2 weeks offboarding while getting paid. Then you start your new position the next business day.
Be ethical. Do the right thing. Its z small community, people know and it can come back to haunt you.
But mostly. Just do the right thing.
