Which Reps are Leaving the OBU?































I got an offer but idk what to do. It's a 10-12k base bump and their bonus is more at plan, but I think it will be a hard sell. It's a risk either way I think, staying or going.

I was in the same boat but concluded that I don’t want to be associated with the Shire leadership anymore so I am leaving. I don’t trust any of them. No transparency. I truly hate everything about my current job and company direction so need a fresh start. Plus, the dry eye market will be getting way more crowded and we don’t have the resources or desire to compete. I also need leadership that recognizes what a challenging, yet fair and motivating IC plan looks like. Also, I want Leadership that seeks input and insight from the field; not just rolled down HQ based initiatives with no field input. To each their own.

Where did you go? I agree, I don't trust my ZD nor my manager since they kiss the ground my ZD walks on. What I want to know is if I'll still get my q3 bonus since I earned it.
 






Everyone is leaving. Yes, you will get your Q3 bonus and you’ll get your Q4 pro-rated bonus. You don’t have to stay until the payout and you don’t even have to stay until the end of the quarter (it’s pro-rated). This has been discussed on here multiple times and was clearly outlined in the IC Saba training.
