I have ZERO metrics, just go out and make calls and grow my business no BS, no MBOs, it's fabulous to actually be treated like an adult. Have fun calling on your to docs 6x in a month and checking those boxes ...LMAO!!!!!!

Well....I just the call from EyePoint that I didn’t get the job. They hired a surgery rep. FWIW, recruiter said they are starting some reps on 2/11, some on 2/18, and some on 2/25. No idea why. Oh well, better luck to me next time! Back to selling Ask Iiris!
