Sun got pushed back and Dompé and Kala don't start until next month. People may not have officially given notice yet.

Why havent I heard of one single person going to Kala, Sun or Dompe?

Dompe is very , very strange, the italian people thinks they have got a perpetuum mobile. you do not need any marketing, any slaes story, only go to the physican and sell the shit . and when they did the same in US as they did in UK they got some punks from shire , ore worsend from Alimera , whitout any cornea background.

omg, Dompe are be solled out. They wana get rid of the bu, because the scary therapy didn‘t got up in eu. Many Sales rep, medical run off as fast they could.

Expect some positions to open up at Genentech as those reps head over to Novartis to launch the new retina drug. Novartis is looking for solid retina and buy & bill experience. Doubt they will pull many dry eye reps.

They are pulling from Alcon just an FYI. But Genentech won't hire people from Shire, not gonna happen unless you know someone sorry.

The better companies and opportunities will not hire from Shire. Dry Eye sales is looked down on by retina and surgical. And honestly by most eye docs. I think most of us look dpwn on dry eye too.

Agree! Selling a dry eye product is not favorable on your resume. I realize the longer that I’m here, the bigger hole I dig myself.
