When is the next restructure?

Friday is fast approaching and days are limited. Have a happy New Years

What is it going to be like to stay? More pressure and under the microscope since 90% of primary care gone in less than 5 years. No longer 12 reps per territory thankfully. Now it will only be 2-3 for the original territories. How much fun are we going to have if we are retained?

Wall street likes it. Stock is up $30 a share since the middle of last year and $3 from an all time high. Best wishes to everyone. It will work out for us regardless of the outcome of the call. There is life after merck. We will be fine. Prayers to all

Fun? You will actually have to work, be visible, no longer able to hide amongst a glut of reps...frightening, isn’t it? The free ride is over...

We’ll have to work a 5 hour day now instead of 4. That sucks!

I agree with the post stating that Merck is stupid to cut now with so much momentum with Steglatro. I did confirm that Farxiga, Jardiance, and Invokana are all at special meetings trying to upset the latest momentum with Steglatro. Reality is the layoffs will put a major damper on Steglatro. What a move by Merck as Steglatro sales are better than ever..

Farxiga is the one to beat. Jardiance is big. Invokana is dealing with its amputation black box but the CKD indication will help. Steglatro? Has nothing. No CKD, no CVD, no nothing. Steglatro's message: "We're the only brand with SGLT in our name" (!!!!!!) . WOW... how's that for clinical leadership. Steglatro? No mas, por favor, no mas. No one is worried about it.

Even the oral GLP1 will beat our NoMasTro

Ran into a AZ rep. They are plenty worried about Steglatro. Latest Gator numbers are nothing short of stupendous. Management says they need to keep all the reps they can to keep the momentum going. Chomp Chomp. What a drug! Saw a piece in the Wall Street Journal stating just how great Steglatro is doing. It is revolutionizing the entire SGLT2 group. Check Gator. You will see how great the company is doing with the brand.

You are delusional. Steglatro is a dog. A dead dog. A dog that has expired. A dog that is no more.

we lost 4 but one raised their hand and got the package. All the best to all. There is life after Merck.

We also lost four, but one was placed in another division. The smartest people raised their hands because there are much better companies out there. How many of us are hanging on for the severance? We don't win a prize for surviving the most cuts. It seems like merck has become the identity of my coworkers versus the employer.

Well put.
