Riad told us this 6 years ago. Why is everyone still surprised? They are going to keep cutting until primary care is gone. Merck wants to be 100% specialty.

Every year 2nd week of October layoffs get announced at Merck in some division. They always tell the reps first week of December who has will have their last day January 1. Look at your pipeline and market share or product replacement in the market.
