When is the next restructure?

Managers don’t call next week. Reps are always given a warm notice first then about two months later they receive a call from managers with placements. Your info is wrong!
They want entry level CC staff off the books before holiday shutdown. Calls come from HR only, no calls from ctl's. Fairly simple since all are gone, calls made to provide you termination date. FedEx package arrives overnight and remaining months spent turning in assets. WARN will surface on NJ/PA website AFTER notices given.
Dco's will host a scripted call and then collect their fat checks, this process is much different than the days of yore.
*The only field personnel in the know are dco's and if they are caught gabbing they surrender their RSU's and severence.

Entry level as in S1’s? Or all CC? Also what’s an RSU?

I hope we get to hand raise again!

HR here. We don't want you to raise your hands this time. Many of the good and relatively cheap people who we want to stay would probably cash out and leave. We just want the more costly salaries out sooner than later in a non confrontational manner if you know what we mean. We will send out a detailed report as to how we came up with the decisions. Thanks for your years of service.

This is how it went down 2 years ago. It was business as usual until DCOs contacted their CTLs late Wednesday evening to be on a Mandatory call on Thursday morning at 8am. Reps were mandated to be in a national call Thursday at 1pm est. The rest is history.......
