What happens when the board finds out Vanda is being sued for gender discrimination?
They are not just being sued for gender discrimination but for other things as well.

i agree with you. I worked in headquarters and was treated like I was just a servant forbidden from speaking. I was hired for one job but was doing four when I quit, for no extra money either.
can anyone reference the above mentioned lawsuits? Are there complaints available yet in pacer?
The case can be found on Pacer if it has gone to litigation.
Is there a case for gender discrimination? I would be very much interested to join. What happens when the board finds out Vanda is being sued for gender discrimination?

I was a HQ employee, left of on my accord in large part due to male dominated culture and unfair practices toward females (who aren't family or part of the in crowd). There is a case. Are you still with the company or were you part of the layoff?
when the field is full of nothing but associates (due to purges and bullying employees to quit), the average of the reps will be mid 20's. If that does not show blatant age discrimination, nothing else does.I was a HQ employee, left of on my accord in large part due to male dominated culture and unfair practices toward females (who aren't family or part of the in crowd).

There are more HQ females who are/were treated unfairly. Please suggest a forum.Would love to get in touch with you. There may be a Cafepharma chat or perhaps an email address could be established to get in touch with one another.
Word is that Vanda violated some EEOC policy in way they cut them. Hush money or not, it may not be even close to over for them or crooked poly.I'm very surprised that the people that were laid off and over 40 years old are not suing for age discrimination.
Don't tell Dr Asshead, the CEO, he thinks that small amount of hush money is sufficient.I was purged. Over 40. It is not over.
Did you sign the severance?I was purged. Over 40. It is not over.
the agreement has more holes in it than swiss cheese and was not executed properly with regards to patients over 40. a good lawyer could have it easily voided. old hetlioz bonuses are still owed to several purged employees. not paying earned bonuses is a violation of the agreement on vanda's side that could get it tossed as well. advice to next round of purged employees, have an employment attorney go through it before you sign, not after.Even though there is a loophole worth exploring--you made things difficult for yourself in terms of fighting Vanda by signing the severance.
