2 months since my team was shredded during the purge. Why was the West hit so much harder than the rest of the country? Did Russell push for the cuts or did the West get targeted because he is so weak? Vandais NOT a better company without the good people cut.
 



Well with no ic payout for 2nd quarter, the company has some big issues. They paid out severance but unable to pay the people that are still here. What is wrong with them, if you can’t make payroll because the fda is probably about to charge you with a big fine for off label promotion or the sale is going through. Either way they have no cash to make ic payout. GP sending an email the day of is such crap. He knew a month ago they were not going to pay and wanted to figure out a way to not

Don't think that they have been angels with paying severance because they have been fucking people in the ass in that respect too (and for their end of the COBRA premiums)!

They have dragged their feet in the past too with paying bonuses and contest payouts or even freaking car allowances. And, people are still owed bonus from 2017!

Did the Winner's Circle members ever get any sort of payout or do they still have to hold their breath for a dinner in DC?

These times make me really wish that Publicis was still around to crack the whip at them to get their shit together!

No idea how it went down in the West but the wicked witch of east made it a personal vendetta to get rid of anyone that ever dared to question anything that was unethical.

Pretty fucked up that most of her districts had one person cut with the exception of the one run by a shit for brains manager that ended up with 3 cut (and it was almost 4) along with four open territories because the prick already had a vacancy from the time his favorite boy crush left the company.

Bitch is so unethical that she publicly bashes those she does not like to management and other reps.

It was confirmed that a minimum of 4 of the east people slassed had taken medical or maternity leave while at Vanda. They will probably look at medical claims and cut those that are on the most medications next. Dirty company.

Wtf??? Are you serious? I left 6 six months ago and was screwed over on bonus. They partially made it right but not even close to what I was owed. I thought they only screwed former employees not current employees. Obviously, Vanda does not care about retention , but the purge I heard about proved that.
Get out comrades. Life is too short to work in such an abusive environment and like I learned, you could end up being approached by Feds asking about your company. That was the final straw.

Management obviously thinks that one should still be working in the field the day after having a baby or going through various surgeries.

not just East, it was everywhere but a couple were not targeted - possibly to make the pattern less obvious.

I think that they did not even roll over someone from Publicis who was in a bad car accident and took disability.

It certainly helped to save you if you had taken disability or maternity if you were a minority or from the "right" ethnic background or religion!

So 45 people were purged. How many people including managers have quit since the purge? When did these new hires start? You can now see they are proud to be at Vanda on LinkedIn

There just isn't any rhyme or reason for what they did except that management seemed to make things personal and just got rid of anyone that they didn't like. Those that were let go were people with good numbers and bad numbers, high salaries and low salaries, contest winners (including President's Club members) and non-contest winners, people on skills enhancement plans and people never put on plans, and people from the Publicis rollover and those hired after that.

It really has messed with my head because those that were let go were good people and some brought others into the company that are still here or were brought into the company by others who are still here.

What the hell happened Vanda because it is obvious that nobody is safe here?

Train these new people so I would say 6 months at best! Get resumes ready and start looking now. Knowing Vanda they will do a layoff in December, right before Christmas and not pay a severance this time.

i agree with you. I worked in headquarters and was treated like I was just a servant forbidden from speaking. I was hired for one job but was doing four when I quit, for no extra money either.
